An investigation is underway after a mountain of waste has been illegally dumped on a field in Oxfordshire.

The Environment Agency says specialist officers are looking into the incident, where hundreds of tonnes of fly-tipped plastic rubbish was spotted on the floodplain close to the River Cherwell.
