According to Reuters, even though stocks are currently closed, WTI Crude over the counter price spiked to 80$ from 67$ on Friday.
Prolonged closure of the Hormuz Strait could see the oil price reach astronomical levels in some doomsday scenarios.

Oil jumps 10% on Iran conflict and could spike to $100 a barrel, analysts say
Most tanker owners, big oil companies and trading houses suspended crude oil, fuel and liquefied natural gas shipments via the Strait of Hormuz after Tehran warned ships against moving through the waterway.

Almost all the munitions used in Gaza last year, against Iran last year, and again now have been supplied by the United States, more than 1,500 airlift sorties and at least 300 cargo ships full.
Last year the Pentagon issued a statement saying stockpiles were low and that this was already limiting supplies to several allies.
There are already sufficient short-range bombs, as these can be manufactured relatively quickly, but the same does not apply to long-range munitions, interceptors, or Tomahawks, which take much longer to produce.
It means that US-Israel must get air superiority to next few days and be able to short range strikes.
Although Israel has resolved the tanker issue, several other bottlenecks remain and will soon start to weigh heavily on operations.
I would say that if, within the next 3-4 days, the number of Iranian missile launches is not substantially reduced, the munitions situation will begin to seriously concern the US–Israel coalition.
There is no American operation against Iran today. Israel remains the protagonist in the action, employing far more aircraft and intelligence assets and getting support from US.

While Bolton praised Trump’s strikes on Iran as the “most consequential decision” of his presidency, he warned that Trump and his administration could have acted impulsively without any appreciation for the complex aftermath of what is now a power vacuum.
“There could be a lot of turmoil, a lot of bloodshed,” Bolton said.
Notably, he added, there could be chaos in the Straits of Hormuz, which Iran has threatened to shut down in order to block the twenty percent of global oil supply that flows through it every day.
And while Trump frequently talks about taking the oil of countries that clash with the U.S., Bolton said he is less worried about that happening now. Bringing Iranian oil back online is in the interest of U.S. allies in the region, who will be less worried about market competition and more relieved that Ayatollah Khamenei is dead since many of them saw Iran as an “existential” threat.

The Iranian response began at 11:00am. This means that every Iranian offensive action we've seen so far occurred *after* Khamenei was killed.
American planners were likely hoping that the initial shock would result in discoordination. Instead, the Iranians immediately jumped about halfway up their escalatory ladder by striking not just US bases in the Gulf states, but Gulf infrastructure, and retaliated dramatically faster than they did in the 12 Day War. They then closed the Strait of Hormuz.
Whatever Trump was trying to achieve by killing Khamenei clearly failed, and failed immediately. This is the strongest Iranian response we've ever seen, and the entirety of it occurred after Khamenei was already dead.
Iranian drone and missile barrages so far are smaller but much more constant than those during the 12 Day War. This suggests the Iranians have reformed their command and control to be more decentralized and resilient to decapitation strikes. And yet, they managed to hit every major US base in the region over a very short period of time.

One notable and unexpected point of disruption has emerged in the Middle East critical infrastructure on Sunday morning, with Amazon reporting that its Middle East (UAE) data center region has experienced a power issue that degraded internet connectivity and impaired cloud service availability.
AWS reported that its ME-CENTRAL-1 Region (mec1-az2), which refers to a specific cluster of AWS data-center infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates, is experiencing operational issues due to a "localized power issue." AWS stated that the severity of the incident is "degraded."

I'm not happy about the whole thing. I don't think this was in America's interest.
It's going to uncork a significant can of worms and chaos and destruction in Iran. Who takes over?
You still have tens, hundreds of thousands of IRGC people that will be positioning for, to be number two, to be the next rulers of that country.
I don't see how this is in keeping with the President's MAGA commitment. I'm disappointed.
