🇷🇺🤝🇰🇵 — On June 18, 2024 AD, the Russian state media reported that the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, made a state trip to North Korea (DPRK), where he met with the Asian country's top brass

➡️ Arriving in Pyongyang, capital of North Korea (DPRK), Putin was received by the Supreme Leader of the Juche Regime himself, Kim Jong-un, ennoscriptd to all possible honors, including a reception with red carpets, surrounded by the Palace Guard North Korean.

➡️ This is the first State visit by Putin to North Korea in 24 years, as the last one was in 2000.

➡️ Alongside it, Russian State media also reported that Mr. Putin made an article for North Korean State Media Nodong Sinmun where he says that:

🔴 Opponents are trying to exhaust the Russian economy with new sanctions and provoke an increase in socio-political tension; all US attempts to contain and isolate Russia have failed

🔴 Russia’s opponents are pushing Kyiv to strike at peaceful targets and threaten to send their military contingents to Ukraine

🔴 Russia is ready for close cooperation with the DPRK to make international relations more democratic and stable

🔴 Moscow intends to build an architecture of equal and indivisible security in Eurasia

🔴The United States refuses to implement previously reached agreements in relation to the DPRK and puts forward new obviously unacceptable demands

🔴 The DPRK, despite many years of economic pressure, provocations, blackmail and military threats from the United States, effectively defends its interests

🔴 Russia and the DPRK will develop humanitarian cooperation, increase mutual tours, and cultural exchanges

🔴 Russia and the DPRK will develop payment mechanisms uncontrolled by the West and jointly resist illegitimate restrictions

➡️ North Korea’s state news agency KCNA, described the two leaders’ meeting as a historic event that showed the “invincibility and durability” of the friendship and unity between North Korea and Russia, as well claiming that the the two countries’ relations had “emerged as a strong strategic fortress for preserving international justice, peace and security and an engine for accelerating the building of a new multi-polar world”
