"Arms deliveries from Germany to Ukraine are under threat of disruption due to the decision of the German government

Recently, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reported that the German government would not provide Ukraine with additional financial aid. Following this, the German Ministry of Defense, as BILD learned, prepared a report stating that this decision is already having consequences for military support for the Ukrainian army.

"Ukraine's requests for spare parts for the 2000 self-propelled howitzer, for example, can no longer be met, since the requested spare parts will have to be purchased anew," the ministry's report says.


In the midst of the offensive in the Kursk region, the Ukrainian army can no longer make full use of German howitzers. Over time, according to the report, the situation will worsen even more.

Thus, the German Ministry of Defense can no longer "fulfill obligations under new projects to support the Ukrainian armed forces": this concerns 30 priority measures for Ukraine at once, for a total of more than 3 billion euros. In particular, such areas as "air defense, artillery and drones" are affected.

Additional problems may arise with the supply of ammunition that has already been promised to Ukraine.

"Supplies from the Bundeswehr's stockpiles cannot be ensured again as planned and promised," the report says.


Finally, the internal ministry document warns that “the continued supply of all weapons systems promised to Ukraine is now at risk” because the new demands from the German Finance Ministry represent “a change in the rules of the game after it has begun.”

We have received multiple reports today from users in Brazil having difficulties installing the Proton VPN app on iOS devices via the Apple App Store. We can confirm that the issue is not on our side, but likely with the App Store itself, which is controlled by Apple. What makes this an extremely strange coincidence is that it is also impacting multiple other VPNs in the Brazilian app store.

Most likely, something has happened on the Apple side, and we do not know if it is accidental, or if Apple is secretly implementing a censorship order. But because of Apple's monopoly on iOS app distribution, there is no other way to get the app on iOS devices.
