➡️ The National Assembly of Republic of Srpska passed a resolution declaring that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina had carried out a coup d'état, violating the constitutional order by convicting President Milorad Dodik based on a decree by Christian Schmidt, the unconfirmed High Representative.

➡️ The Assembly nullified all decisions by BiH institutions it deems unconstitutional, including the Court of BiH, the Prosecutor’s Office, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, and State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA).

➡️ It also ordered criminal charges against BiH prosecutors and judges for undermining the constitutional order.

➡️ Additionally, the Assembly instructed the government to draft laws banning BiH institutions from operating in Republic of Srpska, condemning the Prosecutor’s Office for political persecution of its deputies.

➡️ Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić arrived in Banja Luka tonight to meet with Milorad Dodik, President of Republic of Sprska, at the Palace of the Republic.

➡️ The Office of the President of Republic of Srpska confirmed that the two leaders will hold discussions, followed by a press conference to address the public.

➡️ The meeting comes on the heels of Dodik’s sentencing by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to one year in prison and a six-year political ban, prompting Vučić to convene Serbia’s National Security Council earlier today before traveling to Banja Luka.

The effort raises questions about conflicts of interest for Musk’s business empire and the future of a $2 billion contract awarded in 2023 to Verizon Communications Inc. to upgrade the critical infrastructure, according to the people, who weren’t authorized to speak publicly.

Musk approved a shipment of 4,000 Starlink terminals to the FAA last week for the initiative, said one of the people. One terminal has already been installed at the FAA’s air-traffic control technology lab in Atlantic City, New Jersey, for testing, the person said."
