The top two holders (including @nnevvinn ) agreed to distribute the majority of their DTF tokens to community rewards and other expenses.
$DTF is built around a strong, reserve protocol community that has been developing on-chain indexes for over three years. We are in a position to start indexing the world and becoming the BlackRock on-chain.
To ensure the long-term success of $DTF, we are implementing a vesting schedule designed to unlock more tokens upfront and less over time, similar to Bitcoin’s release structure.
We will use Streamflow, a platform that has already been tested and used for community grants with 3-month vesting periods.
This vesting schedule will be executed in the coming days:
- Top two holders: 12-month vesting, >50% of tokens to community and expenses
- 2-3.6% whales: 6-month vesting
- 1% holders: 3-month vesting
