🚀 FiND Token Utility & Blockchain Transparency

Proof-of-Work (PoW) mining is not considered a security (SEC clarification, March 2025), meaning BTC, LTC, and Doge are decentralized assets. Miners validate transactions without relying on third-party investment. 

Securities vs. Non-Securities  
A security represents ownership, debt, or investment rights, categorized into: 
- Equity Securities; Stocks, ownership in a company. 
- Debt Securities: Bonds, borrowed funds requiring repayment. 
- Hybrid Securities: Convertible bonds combining both

A non-security includes real estate, commodities (gold, oil), collectibles (art, NFTs), and certain cryptocurrencies based on classification (e.g., Meme tokens)

Digital Asset Classification 
- Payment Tokens: Used for transactions (e.g., Stablecoins), typically non-securities unless investment-like features exist. 
- Utility Tokens: Provide access to services (e.g., Ethereum gas fees), **usually non-securities, but regulations may vary. 
- Security Tokens: Represent ownership, regulated as securities 
- Governance Tokens: Allow voting on protocol decisions (e.g., MakerDAO)

Blockchain Consensus Mechanisms
Different blockchains use varied models for validation and security: 
- PoW(Bitcoin) Mining-based validation
- PoS(Ethereum 2.0) Validators selected based on staked tokens
- DPoS (TRON, EOS) Users vote for validators. 
- PoH (Solana) Cryptographic timestamps ensure transaction order. 
- PoA (VeChain, BNB Chain)  Trusted validators confirm transactions
- PoB, Coins are burned for mining rights
- PoST, Storage-based validation
