To be clear, I’m not endorsing all laws or legislation, not even close. I’m describing the reality we’re operating in. This is what’s imposed on us, whether we like it or not. I once had more faith in changing the system from within, and I still keep a toe in that water, but at the end of the day, we deal with what we’ve got.
I’m not defeatist. We absolutely can change it. We will; if we’re smart, prepared, and strong enough.
While I’m still learning - and unlike some people I see lecturing on social media, I don’t claim to be an expert in all things (or really anything) - I’ll be learning until the day I die...
Do I consent to how the government governs? No. Does it matter if I say that? Not really, and that’s exactly the point.
I think this is where people get confused and start talking past each other. There’s a difference between not consenting in principle and recognising what is enforced in practice. I don’t like it, but I’m not pretending it doesn’t exist.
Some people can afford trusts. Some can play games with council tax or delay things indefinitely. I don’t pay council tax, and I understand liability orders - and no, they’re not lawful in the way they’re presented, and they’re not issued by courts as people are led to believe, I have about 8 - but I do that because I have nothing to lose. I own nothing. I have no assets. That matters. Most people aren’t in that position, and it’s dishonest to pretend otherwise.
I don’t pay a TV licence either. I never have. I’d probably pay a cursory £10 a month for electricity if I wasn’t on a meter. I’m the only person left in this property without a smart meter, and that’s been a battle in itself. I fight where I can. But the reality is, most of us don’t have much choice most of the time.
And zoom out a bit. We’re not arguing with a council clerk or a magistrate here. We’re up against globalists and a system that’s been built and refined over hundreds of years. They don’t impose things all at once, they do it by stealth. Digital ID won’t arrive with a bang; it will arrive through exclusion. Bit by bit. In fact - it's already here (One Login and Gov Wallet - look what they've done to company directors and accountants). Access removed here, participation denied there. That’s how it works.
We’ll start to see more of that long before we ever 'win.' And people will have to be willing to lose something, maybe a lot. That’s always been the case. It took personal loss for many people to stand up during the jabs (or injury and death if they took one) and it’ll be the same again.
So while, in principle, I understand why people say 'mandatory doesn’t mean law' - and I suspect some don’t actually know what legislation is already in place or what’s coming - in practice, I don’t find relying on that argument useful. And while I’d love to believe we can lean on nullified parts of the Magna Carta or similar documents to assert our rights, it’s largely fruitless. That's my view anyway.
That’s why I invest my time elsewhere.
I’m still learning, as I’ve said. This is my opinion, and I expect it to develop and perhaps change. There are parts of our thousand-year constitutional history that still apply today and that we can use to our benefit, absolutely. But we’re dealing with what we’ve got. With what’s being forced on us.
Which brings me to this: what’s your line in the sand? What are you willing to lose?
We don’t all have to agree. We don’t all have to fight in the same way.
For now; I know I’m doing more than my bit. My immediate role is laid out on my website (which is currently being updated, but has had over 100,000 views to date); know thine enemy and their plan, expose the [globalist] agenda, educate, inform, and empower. I have zero obligation to do that, by the way. And I have zero obligation to explain myself...

To touch on another point; when people ask about some other protests, want to see posters, but at the same time complain about my work and protests and tell me it’s pointless... You’re not asking because you support it, you’re asking so you can point out that I’m not sharing a particular poster (well, some). And I won’t. I don’t promote clout chasers. I don’t support people who prioritise fame or moments of virality over humanity. And I certainly won’t support people who’ve lied about me for years, caused real harm, and repeatedly hijacked/attempted to hijack my protests.
That said - I will and do share what and who I do support.
[Let me clarify; when I say 'you', I don't mean all of you... I am addressing particular commenters.]
And as for comments about weekday protests being more effective because Parliament is sitting (by the way, I have organised at least 40-odd weekday protests) some of you are contradicting yourselves.
You say you don’t recognise laws or government authority as lawful, yet you’re insisting that the government needs to see you protesting. That alone tells me you believe that’s where the power actually sits.
If you genuinely thought the state had no authority, it wouldn’t matter whether Parliament was in session or not. The fact that it does matter to you exposes the inconsistency.
And more importantly, this Digital ID issue - just like lockdowns, masks, and the jabs - was and is above the level of nation. It was/is global. Coordinated. So if you still think Westminster is the ultimate decision maker, that’s part of the problem.
Protesting outside Parliament only makes sense if you believe the people inside are truly in charge. If the last few years taught us anything, it’s that they aren’t. That's not to say weekday protests are pointless - I think they're also very neccessary but turnout is always disappointingly low. Ah, apart from several during lockdown. Why? Because people were furloughed...
Finally; this is my platform. It’s not my job to prop up people who are self-serving and have ridden on my coattails for years.
I’ll say it again: I’m still learning. I put all my time, energy, and resources into doing what I can to fight for humanity. My law degree is part of that... however infuriating it is at times to have to tolerate some of the subject matter. I’m doing it so I can use it against them one day.
For truth. For justice. For freedom.
I’m one person. No-one gets to demand explanations from me. Not anymore.
People can disagree with my stance on 'freeman on the land common law' arguments or Magna Carta - fine. No skin off my nose. I’ll do what I choose to do. Others can do as they please.
Having said all that - I am very appreciative to those who are here in support, who have supported me for years, who have donated to make certain protests and rallies happen, who share my work and attend protests where they can and who continue to fight each day themselves. I see these people, I see you and appreciate you immensely. To all of you here - thank you. And those people know we can disagree on many-a-topic but we fight for humanity and that is something I respect. That is all that matters...

I’ve had loads of messages and questions about my website, which I honestly really appreciate; it tells me it’s doing what I hoped it would!
Just to let you know, I’ve taken the site offline for now while I work on some edits and updates. Right now, I think the most important thing is that people actually understand what it is we’re asking them to resist. It’s clear there’s still a lot of work to do there, which is why I’m such a perfectionist when it comes to the website and the information on it!
I’ll let you know as soon as it’s back up (it won’t be too long!). In the meantime, keep going. Keep sharing, keep questioning, keep resisting... but as I’ve said before, we need to know thine enemy and know their plan. That’s exactly why the website matters so much, but we must also be able to define what it is we are fighting and be able to communicate that...
With regard to Digital ID lot of what’s being talked about has become politicised, relying on what’s fed to us by government and the media, without really grasping what it is we’re encouraging people to stand against, so I hope this is clear...
Anyway, the website will be back up and running soon! Thanks so much for the support, comments and messages 🙏🏻

We hope to see many of you at the protest on 17th January as the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill continues to progress through the House of Lords many are still pushing back, and we are hopeful some amendments will be accepted at report stage. From a home ed experience perspective also remember that you can take your children to watch the report stage debates in the public gallery. Which is an interesting learning experience. The first report stage date is 14th January, the second is 19th you can keep an eye here https://bills.parliament.uk/bills/3909/stages/20215 you can also write to members of the house of lords or your children can (we have noticed children appear to get quicker response than adults) if you want them to understand why changes to the bill are needed or to simply send a quick note to suggest a new amendment. The latest marshalled list of proposed amendments is here https://bills.parliament.uk/publications/64107/documents/7557 but they are continuously added to until the point the clause is being discussed. The Home Ed clauses are in the second half of the bill so we still have a couple of weeks to influence those bits. If you are coming on the 17th or if you are not and know some people who could help with Stewarding please get in touch, unfortunately we had a few Stewards drop out in the last couple of days, but also already have speakers with travel booked and the protest is timed for report stage influence. Michelle's motivation in leading the protest is simple: her son loves home education and she wants to ensure that when he is fully grown if he has children and wants to home educate his own that the opportunity is still available to him.

Please share, support and attend if you can. Stand for the Children 🙏🏻

Very comprehensive and informative. You've had very interesting experiences!
However, I am not sure if you're saying we all must agree on one type of action being "the best way to inform the masses" though?
Or that we must all agree that we must simply act, get the information out there in order to get the scale of mass non-compliance we need?
Once again though I have to say, standing on the street handing out leaflets (or doing so at marches and rallies) is one communication method. Though I absolutely agree it is powerful, neccessary, effective and more of it should be done - information today spreads a lot through digital platforms, media, partnerships, creative formats, and direct engagement... often reaching far more people, more effectively, and for longer periods of time.
I think this is why they're trying to get the likes of us off those platforms - knowing we won't comply with certain 'requirements' we may soon be faced with... intentional: to shut down the resistance community online.
Perhaps it would be helpful to share some ways in which people can help disseminate information and reach the public.
Just a working list - please suggest more if you have any ideas:
• Websites & landing pages
• Blogs & articles like substack
• Email newsletters
• Online petitions
• PDFs & downloadable guides
• Online forums
• Instagram posts & reels
• TikTok videos
• YouTube videos & Shorts
• Facebook pages & groups
• X (Twitter) threads
• LinkedIn posts & articles
• Stories (IG, Facebook etc)
• Podcasts
• Livestreams
• Webinars
• Interviews
• Documentaries - like The Agenda by Phil Wiseman and Mark Sharman
• Explainer videos
• Radio interviews & call-ins
• Press releases
• Public talks & lectures
• Community meetings
• Workshops
• Panel discussions
• Conferences
• Coaching sessions - to teach others how to share information and communicate effectively
• Town hall meetings
• Influencer partnerships
• Visiting universities & libraries
• Visiting Faith & Community groups
• Posters & flyers (placed in bundles or bilboard type)
• Stickering with website addresses & QR codes in public spaces
• Email campaigns
• Door-to-door conversations
And of course: Community outreach stalls with leaflets and having conversations with the public.
Perhaps people will find the above useful and maybe ideas will spring from it!
The more action and information sharing, the better.
I'll share this on the channel also, so if anyone has any ideas, comment below on @FionaRoseDiamond
