BREAKING Boogeyman of the US right, China, & villain of US liberals, Russia, secure an energy partnership to “promote clean & green energy development & jointly maintain international energy security,” per President Xi Jinping in a letter to the China-Russia Energy Business forum
He also mentioned ensuring the “stability of industry supply chains,” saying that in the “face of external risks and challenges,” the two countries have strengthened communication & coordination & pushed forward major cooperation projects, demonstrating strong resilience.
This comes as the G7 prepares to impose new measures on Russia oil exports, including a price of $64-70 a barrel, to begin in Dec 5. Which would have little impact because it’s priced at what Asian buyers are already paying & Russia will just stop service to those pushing this.

Did you know??
France and Britain had worked systematically on destroying silk industry in Syria and Lebanon since 1860.
Here below excerpts from a report I read yesterday in Arabic on this topic:
🛑Silk brought many benefits to Syria, but it also brought many misfortunes. It was a wealth ( like oil and gas nowadays) that was a pillar of the Syrian economy from the sixth century until the middle of the nineteenth century. However, this benefit turned into misfortune since the silk industry in France in 1845 was afflicted with a great disaster because of a serious disease decimated the silk worm in it, and the same disease also affected the silk worm in China, at a time when France was importing half of its need of Chinese silk. So the prices of silk soared during the period of crisis that extended from 1845 until 1869.
🛑For this reason, France sought to seize the Syrian product from the cocoons at the lowest price with the aim of manufacturing silk in the West and sell it again to Syria at the most expensive price.
🛑At that time, the industry of silk was stationed in Al-Qemareyeh neighborhood which was targeted by the events of 1860 where the West, represented by Western consuls, especially the consul of France, conspired with the Ottoman authority in order to foment sedition among the Syrian silk manufacturers in order to displace them.
🛑The infrastructure of the above mentioned neighborhood was completely destroyed, the silk industry’s workshops including 500 hand looms for producing brocade were burned down, the craftsmen were murdered and their money was stolen, and the workshops turned into small shops to sell western goods.
🛑The main goal of the 1860 events was to target Syria which was developing at industrial field at that time.
🛑The French military campaign that came to Beirut in 1860 asked the Maronite patriarch and Yousef Bik Karam, who was defending the rights of the peasants who raise silkworms for the production of silk, to transfer some peasants by its battleships to reside in Algeria, where agricultural lands would be secured for them to raise silkworms under the rule of the French... It is clear that the goal was to make the breeding silkworms for the silk industry closer and cheaper to them than the coasts and mountains of Lebanon.
🛑In 1915, the Chamber of Commerce of Lyon and the Chamber of Commerce of Marseille sent a letter to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs encouraging it to occupy Syria and Lebanon in order to annex their silk market to the silk market in Lyon. This is what really happened.

🇺🇸 Maricopa County Chairman says midterm election was ‘run extremely well’
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in Arizona voted unanimously on to certify their election canvass, despite widespread and well documented voting machine problems on Election Day.
During a tense meeting ahead of the vote, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Bill Gates explained that certification 20 days after the election is not “an optional act” for Board supervisors. “It is our statutory duty,” he said, adding that registered voters who would like to formally contest the official election results can do so within five days after the county and the state canvasses.
Dozens of residents – including poll workers, election observers and voters – registered their complaints on how the election was run in the county.

⚡️ Maria Zakharova: President Putin's Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov directs anyone who is interested in the reasons behind postponing the meeting of the Russia-US bilateral consultative commission on the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) to the Foreign Ministry for clarification.
Let me clarify the matter.
☝️ Russia’s decision to postpone this session of the bilateral consultative commission (BCC), scheduled for November 29 - December 6 in Cairo, was taken at the political level with account for the extremely negative situation in Russian-US relations that was created by Washington and that continues to worsen.
We note the high levels of toxicity and hostility across all areas from Washington. As part of an all-out hybrid war unleashed against us, almost every step the United States takes in relation to Russia is subjected to a pathological desire to harm our country wherever possible.
This situation could not help but affect the sphere of arms control, which cannot be regarded as something independent or isolated from geopolitical realities. You have to follow a very strange logic to tell Russia about restraint, transparency and predictability in military matters while at the same time helping the Kiev regime kill our military and civilians in Russian regions, to provide it with increasingly destructive means of warfare and to send US instructors, advisers and mercenaries to Ukraine.
With regard to the START Treaty itself, we also note that the United States is constantly attempting to “adjust,” in its favour, the balance it has established. This can be seen, in particular, in the completely illegitimate withdrawal by the American side of a significant portion of its strategic offensive arms under the treaty, which Washington has declared retrofitted, or which they have renamed to avoid subjecting them to the treaty’s definitions. We have worked with the Americans on this issue for a long time and even made some progress, but the issue remains unresolved.
It was also clear from the remarks made by US officials that the US delegation was going to Cairo in order to push through the resumption of inspections, rather than to discuss “Russia’s concerns.” At the same time, they kept quiet about the fact that the crisis in the functioning of the START inspection mechanism broke down through the fault of the American side. Through its restrictive measures against Russia, Washington has created a situation where we no longer have the opportunity to exercise our inspection rights under the treaty. At the same time, the United States dismissed our well-founded objections straight away and demanded the immediate resumption of inspection activities on Russian territory.
Russia continues to regard the START Treaty as an important tool for ensuring predictability and preventing an arms race. It continues to serve the interests of both parties. In particular, the uninterrupted functional arrangement for exchanging notifications on the status of strategic offensive arms between the parties plays a significant stabilising role.
❗️ We expect the United States to make an honest effort to create proper conditions for holding a BCC session in 2023 and returning to the full implementation of all START Treaty provisions.

I am very much against COVID lockdowns. Doesn’t mean I will allow my personal belief to be weaponized for regime change by the western countries who led some of the most draconian behavior regarding COVID & give a reductive analysis’ pretending I have jurisdiction over what a sovereign nation like China does and assume that their beliefs are the same as mine.

US Americans are so busy pointing fingers at other countries, starting wars & wanting to overthrow sovereign nations that they’ve failed to start any meaningful revolutionary or anti-establishment movement in their own Orwellian country. Keep going on about the CCP & Russia tho.

Not only have people been allowed to protest in China , the government didn’t unleash the military on them like Trudeau’s administration did. China’s protests are only supported by the US & Canada because they want regime change not because they support “freedom.”
Canadian PM Justin Trudeau weighs in on protests in China: "Obviously, everyone in China should be allowed to express themselves…be allowed to share their perspectives & indeed protest.”
But Trudeau’s administration froze bank accounts of those doing the same thing in Canada?

Leave it to Washington to speak one way and act another. The US is yet again blaming Russia for something they themselves are actually consistently putting in jeopardy and working against, pointing the finger at Moscow for a postponed meeting regarding the START TREATY, meant to reach an agreement on strategic and nuclear deterrence. It’s comical that the US acts like the State Department that just gave Ukraine $53 Million more to Ukraine to “repair its energy grid,” and which continues to fund its war weapons and military full of armed and war-hungry Neo-Nazi battalions, is actually interested in having a serious conversation for peace-one that at LEAST attempts to hear Russia’s concerns. The truth is as it has been, that the US ITSELF purposely undermines any step toward negotiations by unilaterally and dictatorially acting like it can just pick and choose which agreements to respect or not depending on what's most convenient for it, without regard to equity or a commitment to fulfill a cooperative obligation. Essentially the US continuously presses a doorbell and runs away in an immature and irresponsible game of “ding, dong ditch.” Russia was never going to take them seriously when they illegitimately withdrew a vital portion of its strategic offensive arms under the Treaty. And while the US blames Moscow for suspending inspections it clearly avoids ANY accountability that Russia did as such because Western sanctions prevented Russian inspectors from doing their work, giving Washington an unfair advantage. All the US has to do is bring in a legitimate attempt at EQUALITY in negotiations. And Russia from the start, and even most recently, in spite of the risk of appearing weak, has continued to pursue peace talks with Ukraine’s handlers, NATO and the US.

🇷🇺🇺🇸☢️ Negotiations on the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty between Russia and the US postponed to a later date
This is extremely important news that we can't avoid. The fact is that the START Treaty is one of the very few treaties on which Moscow and Washington are in direct contact. The parties are trying to reach an agreement on strategic and nuclear deterrence.
A consultative commission was supposed to meet in Cairo Nov. 29-Dec. 6. But now it is announced that it has been postponed.
The U.S. insists on the talks and asks for any immediate date to be announced. The White House is extremely interested in resuming inspections to check Russian facilities. But Russia does not agree with this unilateral formulation of the issue.
That is why the media is already beginning to accuse Russia of being to blame for the postponement of the negotiations.
🔻In fact, Washington itself prevents the resumption of regular work of the Bilateral Consultative Commission on the START Treaty with Moscow. The U.S. continues to violate its obligations under the treaty as it has been doing for at least the last 5 years. Particularly the issue is about the quantitative restrictions stipulated by the START Treaty.
The U.S. excluded these items from the record without any legal basis:
➖ 56 Trident-2 SLBM launchers. The U.S. claims to have rendered them "incapable of launch". Russia has not been given the opportunity to verify this directly;
➖ 41 B-52H heavy bombers. U.S. claims they were "converted to a non-nuclear version" using procedures not agreed upon with Russia;
➖ 4 ICBM silos. The U.S. claims that these are "training facilities" and refers to them as "training silos", a term not provided for under the START.
🔻 The U.S. is not interested in the START in principle because of its large-scale nuclear modernization program

Apparently EU "president" Ursula von der Leyen's speechwriters thought it would be a good idea to accuse Russia of killing 20,000 civilians and 100,000 Ukrainian "officers" (sic) over the past nine months, in order to somehow show Moscow's "brutality" ( the new buzzword of the day). Except someone seems to have objected, and the EUrocrats not only deleted the tweet with the claim, but also edited it out of the the video of her speech, and redacted the trannoscript! That's some Orwellian stuff, right there.
Confirming the deletion, Ursula's spokescritter said the information was erroneous and referred to all Ukrainian casualties — so, both dead and wounded — estimated by an outside source.
Russia's number two security official (and number one internet troll, though in tight competition with Ramzan Kadyrov) Dmitry Medvedev quipped that "aunt Ursula" must have been — symbolically, one hopes — painfully slapped upside the head by her bosses in Washington, showing the EU exists only as a vassal of the US.
There's an option that's even more humiliating, however: that one of Zelensky's flacks from Kiev called Brussels and shrieked that this was making Ukraine look bad and losing the war (which, hey, if the shoe fits...) so Ursula's coterie rushed to do damage control. Vassals policing vassals, and all, the Empire doesn't even have to act. Says a lot, really.
