Basically, Rathmun's resolution to withdraw the 10 electors for Wisconsin was not passed by the assembly. It was approved to be sent to the rules committee. Robert Glisczinski says the resolution will die in the rules committee because of the RINOs (Steineke & Vos) on the committee.
