Given what we're seeing when it comes to this twitter debate, everyone paying attention knows what is underlying it all. Know that to those behind twitter, it never was about the money…Never. The real value is not the “asset” or even growth…the real value is in the tyrannical and authoritarian control of FREE SPEECH. Look at some of the figures behind twitter that most Americans are now just learning about (a Saudi Prince?). Remember, twitter censored the sitting president of the United States of America (Donald J. Trump). They did this while allowing despots and dictators to continue to air their hatred of America. I could careless about twitter, but I fully support what Elon Musk is attempting to do. He is showing the international community how a business deal of serious magnitude is done, but doing so in an incredibly transparent way. I wish him luck. If he succeeds, he does help humanity and America regain a grip on the edge of the cliff we are hanging from right now. Say some prayers, because we can all use some. 🙏🏼🇺🇸

POST-ELECTION BEHAVIOR OF MEDIA AND POLITICIANS

And now, the stunning finale of the Ten Irrefutable Points of the 2020 Election, this one dealing with human behavior, and not statistics.

Challenge your doubting friends to explain this one.

Entire lib media freaking out that DeSantis rejected math textbooks over critical race theory but no one asking why critical race theory was in math textbooks in the first place

Now, going back to page 20 of the main filing today from Durham: This is the big statement that got a lot of attention:

When the CIA examined what Sussmann gave them, their investigation led them to conclude that claims about the DNS data they were looking at were not 'technically plausible', did not 'withstand technical scrutiny', 'contained gaps', 'conflicted with [itself],' and was 'user created and not machine/tool generated.'

You'll recall in already declassified evidence released last year, the Georgia Tech people were discussing with Joffe how they could fake or 'spoof' DNS traffic between Alfa Bank and the server at Trump Tower.

Exhibit B is a memoranda written on Feb. 9, after Sussmann had gotten the meeting with 2 CIA officials.

https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/60390583/70/2/united-states-v-sussmann/

We learn the two CIA officials who met with Michael Sussmann and received the Alfa Bank handoff from here have the first names of Kevin and Steve.

We also learn the person that Sussmann first contacted at the CIA to set up this meeting on Feb. 9 2017 was the CIA's General Counsel at the time, Caroline Krass.

Sussmann starts the meeting by informing Kevin and Steve that he was not representing a particular client - which already contradicts what he'd told the person who created the memoranda back on January 31.

He tells the CIA "He was up-front" about working for the DNC and for the Clinton campaign BUT "that such work was unrelated to his reasons for contacting the CIA."

He billed the Clinton campaign for this meeting. And Durham has the billing records.

You're a dumbass, Sussmann!

Sussmann wants to distance himself from the origins and collection of the DNS data and pretend he was some kind of bystander that was handed a finished product.

So it's no wonder he's trying to exclude all the email and text message and billing record evidence that places him right in the center of the creation of the Alfa Bank hoax.

Sure, he's the tip of the spear when it came to taking the AB hoax to the media and then to both the FBI/CIA. He can't deny THAT.

But he's trying to muddy the waters about exactly how large a role he played in the creation of the hoax.

Researcher-2 if called at the trial, will testify he told Sussmann he had real concerns about if the DNS data was "being lawfully collected and used."

Let's be clear here: All those involved knew what they were doing was illegal. Joffe had to know, Reasearcher-2 had to know, and here he is expressing his concerns about to the lawyer overseeing the project.

That right there, the top bullet point, is a display of 'guilty knowledge'.

Sussmann lied to the CIA and said the DNS data that made up most of the Alfa Bank package he was handing them was gathered by "private collection" rather than being government collected data.

That was a lie. Sussmann knew this data had been taken off of federal servers and databases by federal contractors. And it had been gathered illegally.

The Twitter board is gonna get sued out of existence by it’s own pissed off shareholders for not accepting this deal.

A lot of people commenting don’t even have a basic grasp of what fiduciary duty is, or how blatantly violating that key duty in costing your own shareholders billions of dollars in profits opens you up to massive legal liability.

False narratives that can’t be killed even with fire are confusing people.

As companies, Blackrock and Vanguard DO NOT OWN ANY TWITTER STOCK. They are hedge funds. Their various thousands of clients own the stock.

On behalf of their clients who are shareholders in Twitter, it’s Blackrock and Vanguard who will be leading the charge to SUE TWITTER’S BOARD for costing their clients hundreds of millions in profits.

Nobody knows how anything works.
