Remember, my estimates are light, and they still suggest 117k excess votes in Connecticut, which had a very good chance of being under 10% blue this year based on working class performance for Trump.
The big counties have blown away Obama landslide 2008 totals despite rapid population decline and even increased Trump support. Hartford and New Haven have GOP trajectory in registration, albeit very slight.

The research group of French professor Didier Raoult has shown that at a cycle threshold (ct) of 25, about 70% of samples remained positive in cell culture (i.e. were infectious); at a ct of 30, 20% of samples remained positive; at a ct of 35, 3% of samples remained positive; and at a ct above 35, no sample remained positive (infectious) in cell culture.
This means that if a person gets a “positive” PCR test result at a cycle threshold of 35 or higher (as applied in most US labs and many European labs), the chance that the person is infectious is less than 3%. The chance that the person received a “false positive” result is 97% or higher.

“Risk-limiting audits” were conceived by the same collection of ne’er-do-wells and cretins behind electronic voting systems. They are not “audits” in any meaningful sense. They are a device to enable election boards to claim, with third party endorsement, that everything was copacetic.
The word “audit” means nothing unless the audit objectives and work program undertaken to achieve them are fully understood.
