Holy crap.

Sussmann's defense team is arguing that Judge Cooper needs to strike certain portions of Marc Elias's testimony as 'nonresponsive and prejudicial', prohibit any further reference in the trial to Elias' testimony but that's not all.

They go on to ask the judge to permit the defense to publish a trannoscript of Elias' revised testimony to the jury.

I have never in 30 years of covering court cases heard of such a thing.

"This guy testified the wrong way, he said things he shouldn't have, so we want that stricken from the record, Judge! And then we have a prepared trannoscript of what the witness SHOULD HAVE testified to that we want to give to the jury."

Thoughts on the above:

NOW I understand what was up with Elias’s answer and the kerfuffle that followed.

It was good to read the reporter’s takes on today’s trial, but NONE that I have read did a good job of communicating this drama.

The implication of Elias’s answer, “you would have to ask Mr. Sussmann.”, is that Sussmann SHOULD testify to that effect. He has the RIGHT NOT TO.

Put into a different context: How many times in your marriage has there been an exchange where your husband or wife answered a question from a friend/relative with,

“You’d have to ask her/him about that.”

Get it?

Judge Cooper said at the end of the day that he “is not inclined to a mistrial”, but I would not be surprised if he strikes that portion of Elias’s testimony.

The blame for this is on Elias, who is a witness for the Prosecution, but, for obvious reasons, is not a friendly one.

I really think Sussmann switched to ‘knives out’ mode after Joffe refused to testify on his behalf.

Can’t blame Joffe for that; he is still under investigation by the SCO.

Sussmann’s defense team is defending him, but also defending the people behind him (Joffe, Clintons, Fusion, etc.)

If Sussmann wanted to protect those people, he’d have plead guilty/no contest and prevented all of this (the filings, the piercing of attorney client privilege, etc etc)

Instead, Sussmann is trying to save himself, so Elias pulled this stunt.

But hey, I am no lawyer. I am just a human, following this case as best I can.

Devin Nunes says Durham had to bring the Sussman trial to Washington, but it’s a very slim piece of the conspiracy.
He compared Washington DC to the Magical Kingdom. Everyone’s related, jurors are contaminated and being groomed
Sussman pleaded guilty hoping he can get a few jurors to hold this up, so he can get off scott free.
This is the top of the iceberg. The Danchecko trail starts in a couple of months in Virgina and it will be a far different jury.

I find it deliciously ironic that two of the prized pillars of the modern left and its obsession with "climate change" — electric cars, and solar panels — are made by a guy who just said he intends to vote Republican in the next election.
Not just going to hit the 3rd world - the regime is setting us up for this at home as well.

Just a couple of more days of early voting in Georgia

As you continue to talk to your friends about voting.

Here are some talking points to convince your friends to not vote for Kemp.

Consider this FAQ.

Kemp is the only one who can beat Stacey. False. In a red wave almost anyone can beat Stacey. And Kemp will fare worse than Perdue in the general bc 20% of the base will not vote for Kemp.

Did Kemp keep his big campaign promise on immigration? No. We have more illegal immigrants in GA and sanctuary counties here in Ga

Has Kemp done all he can on crime? No. We have fewer police officers and higher crime rates.

Kemp has been good for bringing business to GA. What kinds of businesses and how many tax credits were used to do so? 1.5 billion for Rivian and many other companies. While the voters in GA received very few tax breaks during a time of high inflation.

He kept our state open and didn't require mandates Yes. But he was silent as companies imposed them and fired people who did not comply. And when asked about it, told an oncology NURSE to just get a new job. He sided with big business over individual liberty.

He is a master of using the corrupt old boys network to reward friends and punish enemies. See what happened to True the Vote.

Before the election he was involved in the mess that led to the debacle. His team was on the calls between our Georgia delegation and SOS and Carr when the delegation begged them not to send out the ballot applications to the entire voter roll. Kemp, Carr and Brad said they were going to do it because they were afraid of being sued by Stacey.

If you ever want to find out what happened in 2020 Kemp et al HAVE TO GO!

If he wins, the media will stop propping him up and start hitting Kemp hard.

On his deals.
How did he go from being 500k in debt to having 5 million on a Governor's salary?
All the cronyism.
So much more.

Just give them the facts.

Get them out to vote.

PS. I forgot one more reason not to vote for Kemp.

People tout SB 202 and that it made us the best in the nation according to Heritage.
What they don't tell you is that the best score in the nation is only 83%

Not good enough.
People tried to make our Elections safer this year. Specifically to remove the drop boxes and
And to empower the GBI to investigate election cases by statute.

Kemp said he would veto any new bills on the election this year. So it died in the Senate.

Is 83% good enough for you?
