If you recall, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page went back and forth with one another about the Logan Act after the idea was floated by then VP Biden. They even asked for information about what it WAS because they were unaware. Ultimately and very early on it was concluded that "no reasonable prosecutor" would be able to successfully prosecute. That didn't stop them from using it as a predicate MONTHS later.

These warrants were part of a FOIA lawsuit by several media outlets. Once they obtained the warrants, they never published a thing about them. We speculate on a few reasons why in the column. I told you on Saturday that Dr Rich and Jake came to Cobb.

Jake has come to Cobb many times. He has outlined which committee he wants to serve on and why. He has said what he would do in the first 100 days. He is a lawyer and will seek a role on the all critical Judiciary Committee and be like Matt Gaetz on that committee to hold the Biden administration accountable.

Dr Rich has been to Cobb a couple of times. He came on Saturday and used his 5 minutes to remind us that he was a fighter pilot who was inspired by Top Gun to enter the Marines, and he took his son to see Maverick Top Gun on opening weekend and he wants to be a Marine fighter pilot now too.
He also said there are too many lawyers in DC. But that was it

A friend was at an event yesterday with Dr Rich. My friend asked the question I had. Why didn't you tell us what committee you want to be on? What are your goals?

The reply. I only had 5 minutes.

He chose his 5 minutes to prop up his Marine Top Gun Bonafides. All about him. Not what he wants to do. A mailer dropped to the 6th District on Monday to cement that in a visual way.

He is a Dr.
Nothing said about holding Fauci and the CDC accountable. It was all about him.

Jake has an uphill battle.

Dr Rich has huge name recognition and he is dismissive of Jake's challenge.

Jake is endorsed by Trump, Newt, Pompeo and so many others. He is the AF candidate.

Dr Rich is the GOPe choice.


I know this is an underdog race, but I have met both of them multiple times.

My first impression of both was very negative.

But I have spoken to Jake so many times. He is the real deal.
Dr Rich is 'good on paper' but I haven't seen any true fight in him that understands what we are up against. He gives lip service to Conservative Principles, wraps himself in the Veterans flag. He will be just like Crenshaw. No true fight against the establishment that I have seen.
