The Democrats in the House ran their sham "Star Chamber" impeachment of Trump in the House Basement.

But that's not how the DOJ does it's business.

They have to issue an indictment that a US Attorney will act on plus a court has to find it legitimate when it is challenged in pretrial motions.

Look at this dispassionately. Strip away all emotion.

Bannon and Navarro were indicted for defying Congressional subpoenas. They can make the argument now in court that those subpoenas had no real legal authority because the J6 Committee itself wasn't even formed according to the House's own rules.

That's the argument General Flynn made in his lawsuit against the J6 Committee. When the civil court rejected Flynn's suit over supposed procedural errors, it was not refiled.

Flynn has not been indicted for defying the J6 Committee because because he responded to the subpoena to appear and then took the 5th.

https://abcnews.go.com/US/trump-adviser-michael-flynn-meets-jan-committee-sources/story?id=83367606

Neither has Trump defied the committee and ignored subpoenas. As far as I know, the only 2 people who refused to respond at all to the Committee's subpoenas and defied them to them to the end were Bannon and Navarro.

That opened the door to their being indicted by the DOJ for contempt of Congress, and now that gets to be hashed out in the courts.

Trump has not opened the door to his being indicted for contempt of Congress. He has not defied their subpoenas, he's litigated his responses to them. That's not ignoring them.

A lot of people do not understand the distinction between how Trump & everyone else responded to the J6 Committee's subpoenas and how Bannon/Navarro chose to respond.

That's why I'm explaining it now.

The mainstream corporate media is the propaganda arm of a corrupt political system and that's ALL IT IS.

And the mainstream corporate media has spread it's tentacles far beyond just network news programs or news channels.

It's tentacles now run through Hollywood - movies, TV shows, the music industry - and into publishing - books, comics, magazines - as well as most major sports leagues.

Oh and the Fast Food/Restaurant industry.

And at no time of the year is this more apparent than during Groomer Month.

THOUGHT: This entire January 6th committee hearing is red-pilling liberal normies on the process of uncovering election fraud (i.e. ballots in suitcases, shipments of ballots, geotracking, etc.)

You can take 1 of two different responses to the fact that a corrupt election systems decades in the making in many states - corrupt right down to the county level - are not fixed yet in the 2 years since 2020:

The right response and the wrong response.

The wrong response:

Throw your hands up and give up and tell yourself if it's not fixed yet, it's never going to be so no reason for you to do anything further.

The right response:

Roll your sleeves up and work harder and smarter and vow before God and your family and your ancestors and your posterity that you will never quit until you've either fixed your county election system or you're dead, whichever comes first.

There are plenty of people who will be all too willing to tell you it's time to give up.

Bid those summer soldiers farewell. If they were not up to facing the challenges of their time, that's their dilemma. It's not yours.

Patriots will do their duty. And right now our elections continue to be stolen from us, so our duty is clear. Quit listening to people proffering excuses for why they won't join the fight, or why they quit the fight.

Get involved at the local level. Stop waiting for other people to fix it. Fix it yourself. Be part of the solution in this fight.

The whiners in the rear whining this fight is just too hard, and it should be over by now and it's impossible to win - bid them farewell and leave them behind and march on.

I’ve watched Fox Business since 8 am (while stuck at my desk doing paperwork). They’ve talked about inflation all morning. Had all the talking heads on including Matt Schlapp. Not a single person has talked about the elephant in the room. If you bring in, on purpose, 2M more ppl into US, chasing too few goods, destroy food production capability, sell off farm land to China you get higher inflation.

That’s not even talking about all the government handouts to the illegals. Keep in mind, China surrogate Biden has opened the border to “farm hands” as he watches China buy all the farm land. See it? Do it see it? More slaves to work on China’s plantation in AMERICA.

We're to believe that #Biden has a 38.9% avg. approval rating?

Ok, sure he does. 😆

The #Truth is that's probably 10 points too high - easily. I'd argue that it's somewhere in the mid-20's....and even then it's just the radical left as Moderates/Independents have abandoned him too.

"It’s an FBI SWE. The systems and everything on them belong to the FBI and are subject to statutory monitoring. And the SWE involves national security systems, which are subject to monitoring and auditing requirements carefully spelled out in information security regulations, at a baseline level of stringency the FBI doesn’t get to pick and choose for itself...Agencies can apply more stringent controls to their SCI systems in-house... they cannot apply less."
