It is not, but there are plenty of charlatans already saying it is.
Today was just the market being jubilant that they started pricing in a 75bps hike, and that's what JPOW went with.
While past performance can not be used to predict the future, the past few massive green FOMC days have been followed by massive regtracements / red days.
Still best to be on the sidelines unless you are well versed in futures / options / hedging.
