Roe v. Wade 1973 was indeed a PRECEDENT for the Casey decision in 1992.

And both Justices Recognized and Acknowledged that Precedent in Dobvs 2022.
Recognition does not equate to Agreement.
Precedents can be right or they can be wrong.
In fact? Each Justice directly promised that Roe and Casey would be CONSIDERED in their future decisions. And that is EXACTLY what happened in Dobbs.
Considered does not equate to Agreement.
