You can’t be “blindsided” when you collect every single digital signal in the area, or where (by law) you monitor everything because it is a nuclear zone (Pakistan) and you have your own intel people on the ground sending you reports about the planned invasion, who’re monitoring and reporting on the movement of al Qaeda terrorists into the staging areas in both Pakistan and northern Afghanistan.
