You just KNOW there's a ton of ballot trafficking going on in that state that doesn't even require mules to take the ballots to a drop box.
Crooks are ordering ballots in other people's names [likely the dead, the moved out, those who haven't voted in years] and filling them out by the dozens and mailing them in.
You don't even need an NGO stash house for this.
A fraudster could run a ballot harvesting/mailing operation right from their own home using the US mail.

MASSIVE BREAKING: Wisconsin watch dog group leader Harry Waite (H.O.T. Govt: https://news.1rj.ru/str/HOTWisconsin) admits in an email to SUCCESSFULLY requesting via the states voting database (WisVote) Speaker of the Assembly Robin Vos & Racine Mayor Cory Mason’s absentee ballots to himself for the upcoming Aug. 9th primary election.
Harry turned himself into Racine sheriff. He was not arrested.
To validate the process, pictured is a different ballot requested earlier in the month from a requestee to a different address that was not their own. The ballot was sent to the requested different address without any form of validation or identification. Pictured are the initials of the clerk signing off on sent ballot to wrong address.
Anybody’s ballot who’s in that data base as a “registered voter” can be requested w/o verification and at will and sent to any address.
Racine Sheriff Schmaling set to release presser detailing in full soon.

You know what would REALLY be interesting?
If multiple ballots have been sent out by the clerks in the same person's name to multiple addresses.
Like, a ballot was very early requested in a certain person's name at a certain address they don't live at, but the clerk's sent one anyway.
And then later on, the real person requested a mail in ballot.
The easy no fuss no muss solution to that is for the county clerk to...sent a new ballot to the real person. I mean, why make waves? Why blow the whistle? Why deal with the hassle?
Nobody's even checking these names and addresses before they mail these ballots out. Why would they check when they come back?
