I do not DM people I don't know asking them if they want to take a survey, buy crypto or any other product.
The one thing that makes Telegram a troubled platform is the massive amount of fake accounts on here that impersonate prominent people in order to try to trick them into buying something.
The only time I ever try to get someone to buy something is when I solicit subnoscriptions to my Substack newsletter or items in my merchandise store.
Which I will do right here on my public channel, where everybody can see it at once.
Block and report any 'Brian Cates' that DM's you asking how long you've been following, and then segues to trying to get you to buy crypto or Meticore or whatever.
