How did Igor Danchenko know it was safe to come back to the US and work for the Clinton campaign via his boss Christopher Steele being hired by Fusion GPS to construct the fake Steele Dossier hoax? My theory is the answer to that mystery has been staring everybody in the face for going on 3 years now.

Who was hired by the FBI as a CHS for some number of months? Maybe even over a year?

Who was fired by the FBI as a CHS when they supposedly discovered he’d been leaking the same fake intelligence he was giving the agency to the news media?

Who’d been working directly under this person hired/fired by the FBI as a CHS? Working for this person since 2010?

Who worked directly under this person hired/fired as an FBI CHS, working directly under this person since he had to flee the US ahead of a counterintelligence investigation that had been opened up against him? For soliciting the theft of classified information? You all know both names, but thus far, the public declassified record says only ONE of them was ever hired as a CHS by the FBI. And then fired as a CHS by the FBI before the 2016 Presidential Election.

The Employer and the Employee. They’re linked in more ways than one.

The employer. Hired as a FBI CHS, then subsequently fired as an FBI CHS shortly before the 2016 election. Christopher Steele.

The employee. Worked for Steele’s firm, Orbis Business Intelligence, since he fled the US in 2010 ahead of an FBI counterintelligence investigation after he was exposed soliciting the theft of classified information. Igor Danchenko.

After everything that’s been declassified and made public so far, this is my current theory how Danchenko knew it was safe to return to the United States prior to the 2016 election, and take a job for the Hillary Clinton campaign via Fusion GPS to play a key role in the construction of the Steele Dossier Hoax: The FBI flipped him and turned him into an asset to help take down Donald J. Trump.

In other words, for a time, the FBI turned Danchenko into a CHS, same as his boss, Christopher Steele.

And this is going to come out at the trial in October. I suspect this is the classified info that Danchenko wants to introduce in his defense for making false statements. He’s going to claim he was playing a role and the FBI knew this because he was their own CHS.
