A unanimous Supreme Court rejects efforts to remove President Trump from the ballot.
Even the liberal justices recognized the dangers of "patchwork" elections where State officials could influence national elections, thus disenfranchising millions of voters and sowing chaos into our system. The Constitution is clear: States have no authority to remove federal offices or federal candidates.
