-After several years of censoring, banning, and destroying the lives of anyone who said this publicly, the NIH admitted to Congress this week that it (and Fauci) was funding gain of function research in Wuhan, China which led to the outbreak of COVID.
-In “you’ve got to be f-ing kidding me” news, the very next day Fauci gave a graduation ceremony speech at Columbia where he railed against “conspiracy theories” and “anti-science rhetoric.”

-We don’t get enough of these science news bits. As a huge science nerd, I feel that’s a shame, so I love it when we do. The James Webb telescope detected the merging of two black holes this week, which was something that I honestly did not know could even happen.
Geopolitics:
-Macron (France) tried to strong-arm China’s Xi Jinping in a visit early this week. Xi laughed off his overtures, and then this happened…
-Russia’s Putin met with Xi Jinping in China this week to strengthen the alliance between Russia and China, which may be the greatest foreign policy blunder in US history.
-There was an attempted assassination of the PM of Slovakia this week. He’s been touch-and-go and in critical condition all week long, and many in the West are asking…what’s going on in Slovakia? It’s quite important to The Blob, and Benz has a short explainer of why for you in the show notes.
-Victor Orban (Hungarian PM) came out and said that he believes that this is connected to NATO’s determination to enter the UKR war…and I can’t say that I think he’s wrong.

Macro takeaways/lessons from the week:
-Biden was caught this week telling a whopper that inflation was 9% when he took office, when in fact it was 1.5% and hasn’t stopped climbing since he took office. This is a heads-up that they know it’s an election-losing issue, so expect more gaslighting on this topic.
-Bragg’s NY “hush money” trial fell apart due to putting a convicted liar as a star witness. The media immediately began pivoting to a false controversy about Justice Alito and is putting their full force into rehashing the claims that the SCOTUS is illegitimate and trying to force the conservative Justices to step down. Again, expect more of this.
-There has never, ever, been a wider margin between the stock market and the UST 10-year pricing. This is just another indicator and warning that we’re in a lull before a massive economic storm.
-Polling, pushback, and people with platforms standing up to call bullshit are all positive signs in the greater cultural zeitgeist. Commies, Marxists, and evildoers always, throughout human history, have a proclivity to push too hard, too fast, which leads to their downfall when people get sick of it and the “fence sitters” get off the couch. I think we’re there.

I shared the interview between Tucker Carlson and Dave Smith after it aired on Thursday. That interview closed with several White Pills that align quite closely with those that I’ve shared repeatedly here.
