-KY Congressman Thomas Massie is suggesting Speaker Johnson has an easy solution to stop the malicious prosecution of Steve Bannon.
--As House Majority Leader, he can rescind the subpoena and disavow the (illegally constituted) J6 committee (who destroyed their own records), thereby rendering the case against Bannon moot.
--Bernie Kerik (former NYPD Police Chief) piped in that the J6 Committee didn’t even have the legal authority to depose in the first place, and since they destroyed records and broke the law (according to Kerik), the subpoenas should have been invalidated in the first place.

-A new Federal court filing in Arizona is claiming that election system software is modified, not certified, and that the Maricopa County officials lied to the courts about it. Link in the show notes.

-Legal challenges have been sent to the election clerk of Milwaukee, Wisconsin after elections experts have identified over 55,000 issues in the city’s voter registrations.

-Both Time Magazine and Wall Street Journal published interviews with Biden last week that made him look extremely weak-minded. Now Politico has published a piece outlining how Biden’s inner circle is complicit in influence-peddling. Article in the show notes.

War/Military:
-RUS is apparently storming through Northern Ukraine, and reports are that they have seized the village of Ryzhevka in Sumy Oblast.

-Another report this weekend claims that RUS has demolished every UKR Su-24 jet in the arsenal.

-The forced withdrawal of US troops from Niger began this weekend.

-RUS warships are en route to the Caribbean this weekend for naval exercises with Cuba.

Science/Health:
-The “trust the science” fraud continues to grow. Major academic publisher John Wiley and Sons has announced that it is retracting over 11,300 “peer reviewed” scientific papers due to fraud - many of which were funded with US taxpayer dollars.
--The publisher will be closing down 19 different scientific journals on account of wide scale fraud.

-Dr. Francis Boyle, the architect of the 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act, has issued an affidavit declaring the COVID mRNA vaccines are biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction.

-A new study published in BMJ health suggests that COVID vaccines might be responsible for the rapid rise in “unprecedented” excess deaths in Western countries over the past 3 years.

-Multiple major newspapers around the world have started released exposes tying the shots to the spikes in excess mortality, including the Herald Sun (AUS), NYT (US), and others.

-As it turns out, USA Today published an article in April 2023 about a significant safety breach involving lab-created H5N1 influenza virus (Bird Flu) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
