-Israeli defense officials told DoD and Biden admin officials they are shifting resources from Southern Israel into the north in preparation for a potential ground offensive against Hezbollah in Southern Lebanon.
--The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned its citizens against traveling to Lebanon and told its citizens there to prepare for evacuations.
--Maybe the US State Dept can learn something from nations that actually evac their citizens?
