We were represented by Leslie Macadoo Gordon (@McAdooGordon) during the committee's shenanigans, and she was a Godsend who pushed back against their blatant overreach requests.
Our group needs your help and support once again, however, for a different endeavor against groups that, in my personal experience and opinion, are far more nefarious than ANTIFA and their splinter groups which we originally thought presented the greatest danger.
Note: You will not hear the media discuss our defamation lawsuits against them for one simple reason:
If they spent so much effort creating lies out of whole cloth to falsely tie me and our group to January 6th - what else were they lying about concerning J6?
Our discovery process could help to find some of those answers.
Several months after January 6th, 2021, individuals and corporations of the US media and publishing industry falsely labeled me, our group, and one of our members as having not only been involved in the day's events but also as having been central planners.
Time has proven that those defamatory claims from the media were categorically false, but their damage has been done (and is still being done).
In line with my original, public appeals for donations, I never took a paycheck from our group’s donations, nor did any of our members.
Quite the opposite, I actually put my life savings into a for-profit security firm that we were building to fund 1st Amendment Praetorian so that we would no longer have to ask the public for donations.
All of these organizations were destroyed, along with my personal reputation, by the media, individual journalists, publishers, and the January 6th Committee’s defamatory lies about us.
We have 3 defamation lawsuits that are currently in Federal and state courts that have been moving forward since 2022 and 2023, with others to be filed this year if we can raise the funds to file them.
The rulings in these cases could have profound implications for what the media is allowed to get away with in their wrap-up smears and defamatory hit pieces in the future, but we have already been in these legal battles since 2022 and they are both time and cost-intensive.
Thankfully, the Binnall Law Group (@BinnallLaw) is representing our cases, but we are expecting that some of these cases will continue for at least another year or more.
This process is a marathon, not a sprint, and I now know all too well why so many who have legal grounds to file defamation lawsuits against the MSM never do so. Finding a lawyer to represent these cases is difficult to begin with.
No matter how strongly the evidence is on your side, funding 2-3 years' worth of legal fees is extremely difficult - especially when you don’t have progressive Silicon Valley billionaires to fund them as some parts of our society do.
