Wuhan whistleblower resurfaces after 600 days (reports)
The Chinese journalist who mysteriously vanished after reporting on the ground at the start of the pandemic outbreak in Wuhan has finally reappeared in a video after publishing a letter on Twitter, but hasn't disclosed his location, per the WSJ.
Chen Qiushi had claimed the Chinese Communist Party had worked to “cover up of the truth...” over Covid and SARS, defiantly adding he was "not even scared of death. You think I’m scared of you, Communist Party?”
"Over the past year and eight months, I have experienced a lot of things. Some of it can be talked about, some of it can’t,” the letter reads. "I believe you understand.”
