Mali has evidence French forces train militant groups on its territory - PM claims

Militant groups in northern Mali have been trained by French officers, Prime Minister Choguel Kokalla Maiga alleged in an interview with RIA Novosti, saying two-thirds of the country is “occupied by terrorists.”

Mali says it has evidence that French forces present in its territory with a mission to counter terrorist groups have been instead “training” militants. And according to the transitional government’s PM, France now controls an enclave in Kidal to which Mali has no access.

"They have militant groups there, who have been trained by French officers. We have evidence of that. There is an expression in our language, saying that when you are looking for a needle in your room and someone, said to be helping you in the search, is standing on that needle, you will never find it. So this is the situation happening now in Mali, and we don’t want to bear with it,” Maiga said.

Remember that Crowdstrike was monitoring the DNC network before the May of 2016 hack/attribution with their monitoring tool called "Falcon" which is designed to detect Cozy Bear/Russian activity. As i read the Mueller report and expected to see Falcon reports and logs that would detail the russian/Gru email exfiltration if it happened and I saw nothing in the Mueller report from Crowdstrike proving it was the Russians. So this leads me to question Muellers use of an IT Subcontractor that was paid over $300000 to look at the Crowdstrike work for the report. Mueller documented that he paid a redacted IT subcontractor in the Mueller report but I can not find who that IT subcontractor is. I feel it would be important to see if that IT subcontractor was associated with Crowdstrike and would love to see their report to Mueller. It is all hidden, Why?
