Markets/economics:
-Trump announced that he will hit Canada, Mexico, and China with a first round of tariffs on Saturday. He has also publicly mulled Eurozone (EU) tariffs.
-In case you missed it, The Fed chose to keep rates steady at its announcement this week.
-People were very worried about the market this week.
--The consensus narrative was that it was the emergence of DeepSeek that was tanking the “AI trade.” --I don’t buy that. All in all, they aren’t down that much:
--S&P 500 ended Friday in the red, only down 1% on the week.
--NASDAQ, which should be the most sensitive to the AI trade, ended down 1.64% on the week.
--The Russell 2000 ended the week down 0.86%
-Oil rose to $73.81 on Friday, up 0.87% on the week
-Gold hit a new ATH, now at $2,809.30 as of Friday’s close.
--The BoE just got caught “swimming naked” and lending out more gold receipts than it actually had on hand, so things could get very interesting in gold pricing.
-European markets were in the green mostly on Friday, which is nuts considering what is going on across the pond right now.
-German unemployment just hit a 10-year high according to @MacroEdgeRes and their market is green. Mmmmmkay.
-On top of unemployment, the ECB decided to cut its savings rate to 2.75% this week, which is lower than Germany’s inflation, meaning that once again savers are losing money.
--And their markets are up.
-The BOJ raised their rates from 0.25 to 0.5, and the USDJPY pair is at $155.1810

Geopolitics:
-Romania’s Georgescu, who most likely would have been president there if the elections hadn’t been canceled, has publicly stated that Ukraine will likely be divided up.
--For those who don’t know, UKR has only been an independent nation since 1991. The Dnieper river is a natural boundary line, so dividing the country rather than continuing with intense Balkanization may be a wise move.

-Slovakia had elections this week, and security forces there have stated that the “rent-a-riot” protestors were largely Ukranian with many of the “usual suspect” NGOs involved.
--Shouldn’t those guys be on the front lines of the war in their country that is connoscripting 18-year-olds now?
-UK pols are using a loophole via local councils to increase homeowners taxes up to 25% as doing so is supposed to require a referendum and vote.

I received some great news via a judicial ruling in one of our defamation cases today, but I will not go any further into that publicly. Thank you to all who have been praying for the truth to win in our cases, we are one step (of many) closer to that end.
Crazy Conspiracy:
The FBI released another batch of documents this week about Patriot Front and its CHSs (undercover informants) embedded in the group. Some other docs released this week also moved yet another mark from the “conspiracy theory” side of the board to the “accurate information” side.
That information was regarding how the FBI itself creates militias in order to entrap people (project name PATCON). In this case, it was a group called Michigan Patriot 3 %. These “3%” groups were allegedly built across the county by the FBI.
Here’s @JD_Cashless on the Patriot Front docs:
x.com/JD_Cashless/st…
And a judge’s comments on the Michigan Patriot Three Percenters group:
x.com/JD_Cashless/st…
Macro takeaways/lessons from the week:
-I find it incredibly strange that there’s a vegan ANTIFA trans terror cult murdering people across the country when I was assured by the Biden admin, Mayorkas, FBI, and media that white males were the greatest threat to this country. The Era of the Great Pretending is over, and we will be putting things back together for quite some time.
-The Trump admin v2.0 is moving forward at incredible speed, and by all accounts they were extremely prepared and knew where the viper pits were hidden within the USGOV. This seems to be why they pulled out all of the stops to prevent him from winning/taking office again.
-Cutting off the spigot of US taxpayer money to UKR and NGOs will have massive ramifications for Europe, in ways that will be quite illuminating for many Americans who were blissfully unaware of how things really work. Ugly truths are better than beautiful lies, every time.
White pill(s) for the week:
I know I keep harping on this, but I do not think people understand what a massive sea change of positive movement this is.
Whether it is the closing down of the censorship NGOs, cutting foreign aid flows, changing public sentiment, MSM destroying their credibility, or all of the above, none of the media/DNC complex’s hoaxes are landing - and they have tried to launch a handful already.
If you have to lie to defend your position or establish your preferred narrative, your position is garbage.
