The David Ignatius column in the Washington Post based on the illegal leak of the Flynn/Kislyak phone call trannoscripts was published on January 12, 2017. The criminal leaker of that classified information gave Ignatius the details between December 2016, when the series of phone calls occurred, and January 12, 2017, the date of the column’s publication. If Special Counsel John Durham intends to charge anyone for that leaking, especially for any false statements they made to federal officials about this at the time, key dates begin expiring due to the statute of limitations beginning in December 2021 through around June/July of 2022. John Durham began his investigation of that Flynn leak - and several other key SpyGate strategic leaks - in April of 2017. False statement cases related to leaking done between October 2016 through June/July of 2017 would have to be charged by June/July of 2022 at the latest before the 5 year statute of limitations expires. As for leaking classified intelligence, I’m told the statute of limitations on that is 10 years, but I have been unable to verify this myself.

Federal vaccine court hasn’t helped those whose lives were altered by COVID-19 shots

"A federal program compensates people experiencing vaccine injuries, but not injuries from COVID-19 vaccines — not yet, anyway.

A smaller federal program, the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, addresses illnesses resulting from drugs or vaccines administered during a public health emergency, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. But that program requires evidence that’s harder to pin down, does not pay attorney fees and rules by administrative fiat, while the vaccine court has judges.

The countermeasures program has yet to pay anything to anyone hurt by a COVID-19 vaccine, and its largely invisible decisions are “an inscrutable enigma,” said Brian Abramson, an expert on vaccine law."

COVID vaccine injury claims mount, but recourse is lacking for those harmed

"As the Biden administration puts the final touches on an emergency COVID-19 vaccine mandate for companies with 100 or more employees, a crucial piece seems to be missing for the unlucky few who experience serious side effects: meaningful legal recourse.

More than 1,300 COVID vaccine-related injury claims are now pending before an obscure government tribunal, which to date has decided only two such cases, one involving swelling of the tongue and throat following the jab, the other alleging long-lasting, severe shoulder pain.

In both instances, the government, which requires claimants to prove their injuries are “the direct result” of a COVID-19 vaccine, denied compensation."

Private Covid Lab SUSPENDED After Potentially Giving 43,000 FALSE Results📎

A NHS Test and Trace investigation examined around 400,000 samples that have been processed through the Covid lab, after concerns about “people receiving negative PCR test results after they have previously tested positive on a lateral flow device.”

It found that around 43,000 people may have been affected by the errors, receiving incorrect results between September 8 and October 12, mainly in the southwest of England.

The UK’s Health Security Agency (UKHSA), which is responsible for “planning, preventing and responding to external health threats,” confirmed the suspension of Covid testing at the Immense Health Clinic laboratory.

Comey lied, Schiff lied, Crooked Hillary lied, McCabe lied, the two lovers, Peter and Lisa, lied. They all lied having to do with Russia, Russia, Russia, because they knew it was a SCAM, and they all lied having to do with Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, because they knew it was a SCAM—and they made up fairy tales about me knowing how badly it would hurt the U.S.A.—and nothing happens to them. Is there no justice in our Country?

Record number of container ships waiting to enter ports of Los Angeles, Long Beach

100 ships are frozen at sea outside the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, making the backlog of cargo ships the worst its ever been, KABC reports📎.

Another 45 ships are expected to arrive by Thursday.

Sec. of Transport, and Biden lackey, Pete Buttigieg, who recently returned from two months paid paternity leave, called the issue ‘complicated’ and said the government is working with ports, truckers and logistics companies to resolve the supply chain crisis.
