Essentially the judge just said, “not good enough”. The court is ordering the government to file another notice by 12PM tomorrow - indicating that they will agree that no plaintiff on the lawsuit will be disciplined or terminated pending the courts review on TRO - absent that, the court will likely GRANT the TRO - huge deal. Mike Yoder will be on the podcast tomorrow to discuss all of this, including instructions on how YOU should move forward if you are a government employee of any kind.
