The major takeaways from Judge Merryday’s order include the following: (1) The military branches must filed detailed reports every 14 days beginning January 7, 2022, because the Plaintiffs’ claim under RFRA that the process is a ruse that will result in denial of religious accommodation requests is “quite plausible” and thus injunctive relief could still issue depending on the continual reporting results; and (2) The Executive Orders 14042 and 14043 “expressly require religious exemption.”
Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said: “Although the court withheld an injunction today, the military will now be under a microscope to report the status and disposition of all religious exemption requests. The military has not granted any of the 16,643 requests. The military now has a clear choice—voluntarily accommodate those with sincere religious beliefs or be ordered by the court to accommodate sincere religious beliefs. Federal employers and civilian contractor employers must hear the message from this court loud and clear—the federal executive orders expressly require religious exemption.”

Answer from a retired Army SF NCO: Everyone keeps talking about it and avoiding the issue - it has to stop and at this point only an uprising will accomplish that. And given the total compromise of the election systems, to succeed, that uprising will have to be remorselessly violent. Historically, worldwide that is the only way to break a socialist or dictatorial logjam. Even Victor Davis Hanson is walking slowly in the direction of a call to arms. We need our Thomas Paine, Thomas Jefferson and an entire extended family of Adams'. We need a Washington so that I can apply to be an advisor. To talk, talk, talk is to play the socialist/globalist's game. Their game is fixed - we need to introduce our own rules. Rules 7.62 and 5.56, rules of no quarter given and rules of rebellion. As any student of Patton would tell ya, the sooner you get to it, the easier it will be, and the sooner the world will realize that the socialist/globalist pseudo Pearl Harbor is waking up a terrible giant.

We have made this clear in multiple settings... the PCAPs contain national security information and cannot be released to the public in their raw form.
However, the cyber security act of 2015 allows them to be brought into evidence in a secure way without releasing sources and methods.
And that is how the PCAPs will be brought into evidence.
Mr Lindell had prepared a “cleaned up” version for public distribution for the Cyber Symposium, and the original PCAPs have been examined and validated by multiple independent and qualified sources. I have spoke directly to those involved in this process, and find their appraisals quite credible.
I have also personally seen several large lists of passwords and intrusions extracted from the PCAPs which confirm their existence, validity, and activity.
