Almost Everything You Are Hearing About A Possible Russia-Ukraine Conflict Is Wrong

The Intel agencies and our military-industrial complex is lying about what's actually happening just like in the lead up to every other conflict in recent memory (shocking ... I know). Our corporate media is doing their usual bang up job promoting the myth instead of exposing the truth which they'll do years from now when they tell us they all just got snookered (again).

TWP Notes:

- The West side of Ukraine is ethnic speaking Ukrainian, the East is ethnic speaking Russian. There's always tension. The Ethnic Russians feel much like Trump supporters do, marginalized and without political protection.

- In 2013-14, a CIA backed coup overthrew a duly-elected president popular among the Ethnic Russian side after riots broke out in Kiev. It would be like the residents of DC rioting and throwing Trump out of office (imagine that) ... Red States would get pissed. So did the Ethnic Russians.

- Crimea immediately voted overwhelmingly (well over 90%) to leave Ukraine citing the same justification used by former Yugoslavian republics to break away with the blessings of NATO. Despite what is taken as absolute fact by every western news story and historical account including Wikipedia, I'm not sure Russia actually annexed Crimea. I think both Russia and Crimea consider it to be an independent state. (I'm 50/50 on the annexation point)

- The conflict that broke out in 2014 was a civil war. Did Russia aid the Ethnic Russian side? Absolutely. Did they initiate the conflict or become much more involved than NATO did on the other side? No.

- The NATO backed Ukraine Govt got its ass kicked by a rag-tag rebel fighting force despite an overwhelming advantage. All western media had been reporting military victory after victory for the Ukraine army. So when they were suddenly defeated ... they had to run with a cover story. The story they came up with was the Russia army became directly involved and defeated the Ukraine army. That is a lie.

- The sides have been at a low simmer for a while, but it looks like it's about to go kinetic again. Is Russian training, aiding, and supplying the Ethnic Russian side? ... 100%. We're doing the same on the Ethnic Ukrainian side. Is the Russian military massing on the border preparing to invade? Nope ... that's another lie.

Bottom Line: Russia is involved in the conflict, but their role is being vastly overstated. This is not a Russia vs. Ukraine war, it's a West Ukraine vs. East Ukraine civil war.

Prediction: My guess is the NATO side and western media know the Ethnic Ukrainian side is about to get its ass kicked ... because now the Ethnic Russian side is much better equipped and trained. They're getting ahead of the story to explain away another humiliating defeat with a "POOTIN INVADED!!!" cover story.
