Milwaukee had 149,000 voters who were switched to inactive
Dane 85,800
Waukesha 41,000
These are huge fluctuations that do not make sense with population changes
"The problem is, once you remove them all, how come they're all coming back again?"

64,000 people listed as voting in Nov. 2020 were switched to inactive voters AFTER the election
That is THREE TIMES the election margin

Someone asked me to make a graph including these five counties... their picks, not mine.
“Normalized” means that the maximum value for each county is set to 100%, so that you can see the percent changes, not just the absolute changes. Note that I am showing the same data in both graphs, just displayed differently.

People often ask me, "How long has this been going on, Dr Frank. And is it happening everywhere?"
This graph illustrates that it is essentially everywhere, and for at least twelve years, at least in Wisconsin.
I have data back into the 1990's for PA showing it going on there too.
Folks, it's high time we take our country back.

"Ohio"
People are asking me why I am not doing much election work in my home state of Ohio these days. Actually, I've spoken MORE in Ohio than anywhere else, especially along side Joe Blystone, our fabulous grassroots candidate for governor. Like in so many states, we desperately need to primary out the existing tyrannical administration and establishment.
Who, by the way, stand to benefit from continuing to run elections with electronic systems. It keeps them in power.
I continue to work with several local groups in Ohio, but the senior leadership in Ohio is a bust. Early on I offered them my help in leading the country in election reform, but they prefer to continue lying to the public every day. So I'm not wasting any more time on them.
Recently, Mike Lindell asked me to concentrate on the Supreme Court filing, and then Wisconsin. So these tasks have dominated my time. We've been making amazing progress in many states, so a lot of my time is spent on the road. I've now been in over thirty states, meeting with grassroots teams and election officials.
If the Ohio SoS office was really interested in election integrity THEY WOULD BE INVESTIGATING IT. Instead, they are sitting back on their butts, demanding that we give them more proof, misrepresenting the state of our elections.
It is a shame. Honestly, it broke my heart. I wanted Ohio to lead the nation in election reform. They chose a different path. We need to show these public NON-servants the door.

"Timeline"
Say that you are building a large building.
Along the way, you encounter some issues with the design, so you modify the plans. Then, you run into a supply problem, which further delays final delivery of the building.
Do you stop the project? Of course not. Delays are to be expected in any major endeavor. Things don't always go to plan. You press on until you reach the final goal.
Well, it has taken us decades to destroy our elections, so don't expect us to fix them overnight. And don't expect those in control to roll over and yield what they've spent so many years obtaining.
Remember that the election issue is more than one thing... our elections are corrupted because our leaders are corrupted because our people are corrupted.
This is a battle between good and evil, and we are in the midst of a major revival.
I keep saying, "All these things are happening on God's timeline, not ours. He is in control. His Will is what is being done, not ours."
"Heavenly Father, we give ourselves to you. We submit to your will, and to your timing. May we be effective tools in your hands. May we be 'God with skin on.' Fill us with your Spirit, and empower us to act wisely and boldly, and to speak truthfully. We know that you work all things together for good for those that love you, and are called to your purpose. May your will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven. Amen."

Any politician or candidate that is not devoted to Fixing 2020 is not worthy of public office. Do not support them.
Do not send them money. Do not vote for them. Look for the candidates that are serving the people, not the establishment.
Remember, the national RNC is fighting the grassroots. Don't support them.
Identify the public servants in your state that are *really* serving the people, and give them your time and money.
Like Ann Kelley in Missouri and Janel Brandtjen in Wisconsin. Or Mayor Brandon in Lewis County, Washington. Or Tatum Lee in Kansas. These are just a few examples.
These folks inspire me, and they have my utmost respect and admiration. Often times, I notice that they are *new* to politics; perhaps still untainted and unabsorbed by the establishment. Still fighting for the individuals in their communities.
They remind me of the American ideals that I aspire to, and that the founding fathers envisioned.
Join the fight to regain that America.

"Wisconsin"
Please note... the massive ballot-harvesting scheme revealed in Wisconsin yesterday is just the tip of the iceberg. I have personal knowledge of multiple situations like this. I just can't talk about them in public yet.
This is why we need the opportunity to present all of this in court. Then, more whistleblowers will be able to come forward, and much more evidence will become public knowledge.
This house of cards *will* fall.

"Hypothetical Situation"
Imagine that you are the president, and your first term is coming to an end. You are aware of election fraud schemes taking place all over the country. You assign your agencies to look into the matter, before and after the fraudulent election has occurred.
Investigations are launched nationally. Extensive evidence is found.
But the agencies and the courts are unresponsive or too slow, and a new illegitimate administration is installed. It instructs the various agencies to stop investigating and to seal the evidence.

People were asking me about the spherical ballot box held by Lady Liberty the Wisconsin state capitol mosaic I showed recentlty. So I did a little research...
A glass sphere... so that the entire process is transparent. What goes in, what is inside, and what comes out can be observed by everyone.
Sounds good to me.
Right now, citizens are having to fight their own states for access to information about their own elections. This is an abomination, and an affront to our liberty.
Any state official denying you access to your own election information needs to be removed from office. Immediately. Don't wait for an "election."

The Glass Ballot Box and Political Transparency - Commonplace
In an election year where claims to transparency seem deeply opaque, Foutch recalls the moment when the way to save democracy was clear as glass.

"Evidence"
This may be the most important notion in all this...
Folks, we already have MOUNTAINS of evidence. And despite media suppression of the evidence, 56% of all Americans know that the 2020 election was fraudulent.
I've listened to official testimony, where public officials give sworn statements describing extensive voter fraud. And no one does anything about it.
It's not about evidence. It's about us.
We've forgotten that WE are the government. We the People.
Time to remember. Time to step up. Time to take back what is ours. Time to reclaim the liberty acquired for us at such a high price.
No more excuses. Get off our butts.

"Bootstraps"
I think it is a mistake to expect that we can use elections to fix our broken elections.
You can't pick yourself up by your own bootstraps.
Don't wait.
Demand that ineffective politicians resign immediately. Take them to court. Sue them. Quo Warranto them. Replace your school boards immediately. Hold sit-ins.
You are the government. Be the government.

"Resignations"
In a recent interview with a public official he told me, "If you find widespread fraud in my county election, I'm resigning."
I objected, "But sir, we need honest officials like you to expose the fraud so that we can address and eliminate it."
But he was not having any.
By the way, have you noticed how many of our election officials resigned after November 2020?

"County Clerks"
By the way, in yesterday's testimony, I re-emphasized that fact that the vast majority of our county election officials are patriots, paying attention to all the details, desperately trying to hold free and fair elections. I like what Janel Brandtjen said, "They are overwhelmed, just keeping up with all the minutiae."
Clerks are not the enemy. They have been set up to fail. And when they learn that they've been hacked, most of them become very angry. Some even break into tears.
So, be nice to your clerks. Win them over. Most of the time they are on our side.
Imagine what happens when several county clerks band together and approach their state officials: "Our elections are being stolen, and we aren't putting up with this anymore."
Especially potent when accompanied by thousands of fed up citizens.
Be nice to your clerks.

"Mail-In Ballots"
Only OK for a small percentage of our voters, like the military. Confined folks need deputies, and the rest of us need to show up in person on election day.
The mail-in ballot is the easiest way to steal an election. They should be outlawed in our country.

"Helping the Bad Guys"
Everything that is supposed to "help" us have access to voting is only helping the bad guys...
>Early voting... tell the bad guys how many ballots to stuff;
>Electronic databases... tell the bad guys who votes, who doesn't, who's ordered a ballot, who's mailed one, when it is received;
>Electronic pollbooks... tell the bad guys who has voted
>Electronic ballot scanners... tell the bad guys what the current tally is
>Electronic tabulators... tell the bad guys what the counts are, manipulate them
>Electronic reporting... let the bad guys tell the story, both to the officials and to the public
Need I go on?
Vote on a single day. No one knows anything until the polls are closed. Don't record any voter except by signature in a paper poll book. Make every voter show an ID. Count the ballots by hand. Report the counts transparently. Allow anyone to check any and every part of the process.
Vote Amish; all paper, no machines.
