"Legislation"

I understand what is going on. To a carpenter with a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Legislators see voter fraud, so they do what legislators do... they pass legislation.

But laws don't stop criminals. More gun laws won't stop gun violence, and more election legislation won't stop voter fraud.

What our legislators need is *us.* They need us to demand that the machines gotta go, and we need to return to paper.

Find out who your good legislators are, and get behind them. There are a few really good ones in just about every state, but they need you to enable them.
"Confirmation"

I love it when I receive an email that goes something like this:

"Dr Frank, I've downloaded the registration rolls for my state and performed the analysis you've described in your talks. I'm having a bit of trouble with xxxx, can you look at my spreadsheet and tell me what I am missing?"

Or, like this:

"Dr Frank, I've downloaded the registration rolls for my state and performed the analysis you've described in your talks. The polynomial is there, just like you predicted. I'd like to add the 2019 population data to my graphs as well. Where did you get it?"

Or, like this:

"Dr Frank, I work for xxxx [businesses and government agencies] and I don't want anyone to know that I did this work, or I will lose my job. But here is my complete analysis of my state, along with the source data. It confirms precisely what you said it would. Use it as you will, just keep me out of it!"

There are about a dozen or so people around the country (that I know of) that have reproduced the county level Registration Key analysis for their state.

Math is math. 2 + 2 = 4. It doesn't matter who does it.

My work has been reproduced by many folks. If you don't believe it, try it yourself! Get the data for a single county in your state and get to work. Then send me your work at DrDouglasGFrank@outlook.com. I'll even give you a shout-out if you want it.
I checked out a discussion of my work on another page, expecting to find some substantial criticisms of my work. Instead, it was a waste of my time. The same tired objections from people who don’t understand what I am doing.

I welcome genuine criticism of my work, but in order to understand it and participate meaningfully you will need to do some work. I suggest downloading a small Ohio county (free on the SoS website), and attempting to reproduce the graphs I’ve posted on Rumble. As you do this work, you will learn and understand what is going on.

I’ve described it plenty. But it’s like eating chocolate; I can describe the experience all day long, but you need to taste it for yourself in order to understand.

“Reconciliation”

There are some key take-always from my analyses of state elections and voter rolls.

1) The numbers in the voter rolls do not reconcile with the official state reports, 10% errors are common;

2) The numbers in the voter rolls are manipulated by computer algorithms, making them highly predictable;

3) The voter rolls are not static; they are continuously in flux. Since election officials typically do not regularly back these up (archived snapshots) it provides a fertile environment for hiding election fraud;

4) To expose this situation, I typically ask election officials to provide a list of everyone who voted in the November 2020 election. It is shocking (and illegal) that our officials are incapable of answering this most basic of questions;

5) Voter registration rolls typically grow faster than the population growth, and county records in many states move synchronously, demonstrating that they are being centrally manipulated;

6) Since the databases are continuously in flux, one person’s analysis may differ than someone else’s because they are starting from different source data. This does not invalidate a particular analysis... in fact, it exposes a major flaw in the system.

How simple it would be to simply have a paper poll book... with one page per person. The problem with this is that politicians would have less access to the voter rolls, and cheaters would have less ability to cheat.

Wait... isn’t that what we want?
“Baby Steps”

I’ve been posting about our elections for about a year now. People that have been following me the whole time have had the opportunity to learn incrementally. People that are new to the concepts often find the amount of data and analyses overwhelming.

Newcomers who want to understand are going to have to do their homework in order to catch up, probably here and on my MeWe channel (same name), because my Facebook and YouTube pages have been censored.

It’s simply too much to repost everything, but I’ve reposted some critical pieces on the “DrFrank” Rumble channel. There is also a lot posted on this channel, and there are dozens of my talks posted all over the web.

People tend to be lazy, and they want everything handed to them on a silver platter. Well, sorry. Some concepts require work to understand; and you have to earn your understanding.

We’ve conditioned entire generations of people into thinking that they can just “google” things to learn. Well, this is simply not true. Profound, deep learning, requires discipline and effort.

As a scientist, I’ve learned that the most amazing concepts in the universe are not digestible and appreciated without effort. The same for theology and apologetics.

The diluted pablum you get on the Discovery channel, for instance, borders on professional malpractice. You are presented with cheap substitutes for the real thing... because they are easy and quick to understand. But the presentations are often misleading, intellectually deficient, and incorrect.

I am reminded of what the Apostle Paul wrote in Hebrews, chapter 5:

11 About this we have much to say, and it is hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing. 12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the basic principles of the oracles of God. You need milk, not solid food, 13 for everyone who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a child. 14 But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.”
“Trolls”

I don’t mind real questions on my pages, and I try to address some of them, even modifying my posts and presentations because of them.

But when someone continues to ask a series of uninformed and misleading questions, it becomes clear that they are merely trolls with an agenda.

They can grind their own axes on their own pages, and people can ignore them since they have nothing meaningful to say.

They get uninvited from my table.

"The Bank Manager"

Imagine that you are the manager of a bank. We bring you evidence suggesting that a bunch of the money in your vault is counterfeit, and that some of the real currency has been removed.

What is your reply?

"We have the most secure vault in history."

Certainly not. If this were your response, you should be fired. Instead, given the evidence, it is *your responsibility* to investigate. But instead you say...

"Bring me the evidence."

So we bring you mountains more evidence. Your response is...

"You shouldn't raise such allegations. It will diminish people's confidence in the security of our bank."

In other words, you are an irresponsible bank manager, more interested in saving face than securing the funds in your bank. You need to be removed from your job.

Immediately.

Our votes are more precious than cash. Any public official not investigating the massive election fraud that took place in November 2020 needs to be removed from their job.

Immediately.

People sometimes ask me,

"How can you be a scientist and a Christian?"

How can you not be?
One of the challenges I face is explaining complicated mathematics to the public in ways they can understand.

I want to be precise and accurate in my explanations, but not too complicated. This is a challenge!

I've used the "83 Rolls of the Die" illustration with great success. People seem to get it. That addresses the statistics of the situation. But people still struggle with the concept of the Registration Key.

Here is my latest try at explaining it with simple words in a way that people can understand...
"Civil Disobedience"

You need to understand that this is not about Covid. Not about masks. Not about elections. This is about control. This is about calling out those who love liberty, and who refuse to be controlled.

They want to control you. How you eat, how you shop, how you vote, how you live. And if they can't, they are gonna call you out.

If they said, "You have to wear this shirt everywhere, or you don't get to fly on airplanes, go shopping, eat at restaurants, or get a haircut." Would you comply?

Psychologists are now saying that people who question the validity of the 2020 election are mentally ill.

I guess we'll have to quarantine all these sick folks in camps. First, we need to identify who they are.

They are the ones not wearing masks.

"Point of Clarification"

"Dr Frank, you shouldn't point out all the fraud, flaws, and vulnerabilities in our election process. You don't want to discourage people from voting by diminishing their faith in our elections."

Exactly WHO is destroying the public trust in our elections?

The people who are hiding everything.
The people who won't show you the insides of the machines.
The people who won't give you a list of who voted.
The people who claim that their systems are not connected to the internet, when we know that they are.
The people who refuse to investigate fraud allegations, and instead run around telling everyone how secure our elections are.
The people who insist that we must use machines to carry out our elections, when most of the world does just fine without them.

The people who want to keep control over us, so they lie to us about our health, our climate, and our elections.

And we've gotten so used to it that we keep letting them.

Well, no more.
"Capt. Seth Keshel's Heat Maps"

I like Captain Keshel, I enjoy his talks, and I support his work. We cross paths often, and enjoy kidding one another. But despite his explanations, people are still often confused about his "heat maps."

I can relate, because despite my explanations, people are still often confused about my analyses.

Here is my point. Keshel's "heat maps" show where there have been unreasonable *recent* changes, so the maps indicate fertile ground for finding new phantom voters. Seth often points out that we have limited resources, so we often need to concentrate our efforts where they have the most chance of success. Thus, his heat maps.

But... if a county has voter rolls that have already been full of corruption for decades, those counties may show up green on his heat maps. That does not mean that there isn't massive fraud in those counties... they've just had it for a longer time.

Does this mean that Seth and I disagree? Of course not. It means that you have to pay attention if you want to understand what we are saying.

I like the way Seth puts it: "I give you the 30,000 foot view, and Dr Frank gets into the nitty-gritty."
"Bots and Deletions"

Lately, the spam-bots have been very active on my pages. Admin-Ally has been helping with this (thanks, Ally).

Sometimes, the spam arrives so fast that your posts are getting deleted along with the spam. Sorry about that. Please don't be offended, and please don't ask Ally to look into it. We already have plenty of things to do.

Just re-post your lovely comments so we can enjoy them.

Regards,
Dr Frank

I only did 54 counties, because that's all I have.
"Rocks and Knives"

Mike Lindell tells an excellent parable that illustrates the situation we are in with our voting machines. He says,

"If people accused me of having rocks and knives inside of my pillows, I would simply open them up and show them the patented fill."

Of course, they won't be opening our voting machines any time soon so that we can inspect them... because they are full of rocks and knives... and they know it.
