“No Trend in Florida Hurricane Intensity”

More data to help set the record straight.

The graph I posted a couple days ago showed that if there is any trend, the *frequency* of hurricanes is dropping over several decades.

Here we see that the *intensity* of hurricanes also shows no statistically significant trend.

“Am I always correct?”

Certainly not.

But since I employ the most reliable methodologies to observe and analyze the world around me, I am more likely to have the correct point of view on most subjects.

A key element of this is being open-minded. I must always be willing to examine other points of view and to consider new evidence. I must acknowledge when “I don’t know,” or when the evidence is not yet definitive on a subject. It can’t be about ego.

And I must change my mind when the evidence demands it, or false understandings will undermine my degree of accuracy. Truth trumps agenda.

What are my standards and methods?
1) Humility, love, and awe.
2) Christian world view, based upon noscriptural standards.
2) Scientific method and mathematics.
3) Critical reasoning and logic.
4) Life experience, and study of history. (“Wisdom”)

I actually find it exhilarating when I discover an inconsistency in my world view. It means I am going to learn something.

I voted with my 18 year old son in November, 2020. It was a fun day, voting at the polls with him for his first time. I thought the election was real.

Then, I was asked to examine the election data. I gathered and examined the evidence carefully, employed the scientific method and mathematics, and reasoned carefully.

I also prayed about it.

After twenty months of careful analysis, the evidence is clear. Our elections are deeply corrupted, but so are our legislatures and our culture. Far more than I understood only two years ago.

I shouldn’t be surprised:

“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?” (Jeremiah 17)

But there is hope for us if we repent:

“But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9-10).

Clearly, my view of our country and of my role in it has dramatically changed over the last two years.

And the adventure is exhilarating.

“Science and politics do not play well together.”

When my son Daniel was in the 9th grade a massive oak tree fell in our neighbor’s yard. As we were helping to clean it up, we noticed hundreds of beautiful rings in the trunk.

So we took careful photographs of the tree rings and he did a science project on it, where he examined the correlation between tree ring thickness and local temperature. He did a great job on his project, and advanced to the state fair where he won several cash awards, including the American Meteorological Society Award and the Ohio Young Naturalist Award.

But he didn’t advance to the federal level because one of the two official judges graded him down on “scientific method.” So we spoke with her afterward about it.

She said that she deducted points because his temperature series (downloaded from the NOAA website for the closest airport to us) showed a slight overall *decrease* in temperature over the past 100 years. She said that this contradicted the scientific method because his data contradicted the overall global warming trend.

It’s not his fault that the data show a slight decreasing trend. The data are the data. And it was the official temperature record for our region.

So Daniel did not advance. But he did learn a valuable life-lesson:

Science and politics do not play well together.

The temperature series my son used in his science fair project several years ago. Clearly, there is no global warming in our region of the country.

“Pervert Bots”

One of the problems with social media is that people can create accounts that impersonate other accounts.

I am not invulnerable.

If you see something’s that at first appears like it is me, but is trying to sell you something, is asking you for money, or is behaving in a lude manner, it is obviously not the real Dr Frank.

“What is a Woman?

In Matt Walsh’s important new documentary, he asks and answers the question, “What is a woman?”

Walsh does a fabulous job exposing the irrational and unscientific position one must hold in order to buy into the delusional gender identity movement. Essentially, one must deny the existence of absolute truth.

Walsh’s simple, materially and scientifically correct answer to the relevant question is, “An adult human female.”

And he's not wrong. But the answer is far inadequate to the task.

It is like saying that a sculpture is marble, or a painting is mere oil and canvass. Art transcends its material composition.

Women are incredible works of art, and God’s gift to men; far more than a particular gender or a pair of X chromosomes.

And I'm a huge fan.

I much prefer Milton’s answer, describing the creation of the Mother of All the Living (Paradise Lost):

"Under his forming hands a creature grew,
Man-like, but different sex; so lovely fair,
That what seemed fair in all the world, seemed now
Mean, or in her summed up, in her contained
And in her looks; which from that time infused
Sweetness into my heart, unfelt before,
And into all things from her air inspired
The spirit of love and amorous delight."

When we acknowledge how remarkable woman are, we are encouraging them to aspire to be the amazing works of art that God intended.

When we reduce sex to mere gender and chromosomes, we deface God's amazing, creative work of art.

That's why the Enemy is encouraging this confusion. He hates sex because God created it, and He created it very good.

The very idea of a woman inspires me. The fact that God would even dream up the perfect complement to a man is mind-blowing.

The perfect partner. Inspiring love. Nurturing life.

And lovely scenery too.

"Phone Call with the Clerk"

I've edited this phone call between a citizen and their county clerk for brevity and to remove personal details.

Key Points:
1) The county uses Dominion election systems;
2) The clerk admits that ALL of their election equipment has WiFi modems;
3) The clerk admits that the Secretary of State has the passwords to unlock the modems. (This is not a very smart strategy, since the usernames and passwords of our Secretary of State networks are well known by hackers.)
4) The clerk TRUSTS the machines more than the citizens.

It's ironic that this clerk seems to understand that the citizen's WiFi on her phone is easily hackable, but thinks his networks and WiFi are secure.

This clerk needs to be replaced. Period.
And the machines need to go. Period.

"Don't Complicate It"

1) Go to your Secretary of State website.
2) Look up how many people voted in the 2020 General Election in your county.
3) Ask your county clerk for a list of the names and addresses of the people who voted in the 2020 General Election.

The list your clerk gives you won't match the official number reported on the Secretary of State website. Often times the discrepancy is very large.

The clerk will make all sorts of excuses. But bottom line, they can't produce a list that reconciles.

Think about that for a second... your clerk doesn't even know who is voting in the election they are supposed to be managing and securing.

Isn't that one of the simplest things they should be able to do?

"West Chester, Ohio"

I spoke in West Chester, Ohio on Tuesday night, which is in Butler County. I showed them this graph.

The graph shows the number of Republicans who voted (Y axis) in each of Butler's 282 precincts versus the number of registered Republicans (X axis) in each precinct for the 2020 General Election.

Essentially, 96% percent of all registered Republicans voted in every precinct. Every precinct. Large, small, black, white, Mexican, urban, rural. Doesn't matter.

And that ain't natural, buddy.

“The Election Machines are Not Connected to the Internet”

This lie has been perpetrated on the American public for too long. When you hear it, remember the following:

1) We’ve proven that every vendor includes modems in their machines (many don’t even require passwords);
2) CISA, EAC, and the Halderman report have shown that all of the machines are remotely hackable (there is no such thing as a defensible ‘air gap’);
3) Several Secretaries of State have now openly admitted (some in legal documents) that their voting systems are remotely hackable;
4) All modern election systems employ what officials naively believe are “internal secure networks”;
5) Passwords for remote access to election systems are kept by the vendor and the Secretary of State (except that the Secretary of State systems are readily hacked);
6) Federal (homeland security) malware protection hardware and software has been installed in nearly every US county, and it is readily hackable;
7) Most US county networks use security protocols that have been readily hackable for several years;
8 ) Any election systems that use portable media to transfer data are easily hackable (the military hasn’t used thumb drives for decades, because that’s how we hacked Iran’s nuclear infrastructure);
9) Even our finest Air Force electronic systems are assumed to be hacked, as their cyber security teams are endlessly detecting new hacks;
10) Recounts and forensic images of computer systems have shown multiple cases of voter and ballot manipulation (proven in several court cases);
11) etc., etc…

Need I go on?

Let me make it simple for you.

You shouldn’t use a computer to raise your children. Computers are the wrong tool for the job, and it’s too important. You should be using your own eyes, hands, and feet.

And we shouldn’t be using computers in our elections either. It’s too important.

If even our military and our financial institutions can’t defend against intrusions despite billions spent in cyber security, you’d have to be ignorant to believe that our elections systems are secure. Especially since US elections are a high value target, domestically and internationally.

Let me make it simple for you.

We need to “Vote Amish.” Paper poll books, paper ballots, one day of voting with photo ID, hand counting, and complete transparency.

And anyone who tells you that this isn’t feasible need only look so far as most of Europe. They do it in a single day.

The US is the laughing stock.

Vote Amish.

“Logic and Accuracy Tests”

People around the country have been asking me to attend the “logic and accuracy” testing of their election systems.

It’s kind of a waste of time for me to be there…

First of all, the “logic and accuracy” tests themselves are a complete charade:

1) Every programmer understands that they can make software behave differently on different days with a single line of code.

2) Every IT person understands that whenever someone puts any kind of portable media (e.g. thumb drives) into a device it can reprogram that device.

So, if someone were to attend such an event, I would suggest that they ask the following two questions:

1) Do you perform logic and accuracy tests randomly throughout the election, or just before and after?

2) Do you use portable media to transfer any of the election information?

It might be worth attending such an event if there were others in the room. You would be educating them, and it would be fun to watch the officials squirm.

“Verbosity”

You may have noticed that I’ve posted a lot more today than usual.

I was on-call for jury duty. Gotta do my civic duty!

I didn’t end up on the jury. But it wasn’t a completely wasted day… I did some thinking and writing, and caught up on some of my communication.

Tomorrow it’s back to the grindstone!

May God bless each one of you with an extra special dose of the Holy Spirit. May you be empowered to serve Him more diligently and with more integrity. For there is no greater joy than to be serving God with all your heart.

O Lord, hear our prayer.
