Guess what color this building in Delta County Colorado is?

"Colorado"

My recent trip to Colorado was very productive! I'm helping several counties to combine forces to reclaim local control of their elections.

Most so-called "election integrity" efforts are what I call "hamster wheels." Lots of effort, with no effective progress.

"Colorado Voter Roll Churn"

I just returned from Colorado, where I visited several counties, meeting with local patriots and county leaders.

I'm delighted to report that several Colorado counties are now engaged in the Seven Steps election integrity strategy to reclaim local control of their elections!

While there, I delivered custom spreadsheets to several CO counties to help them find fraud in their elections. While preparing the custom spreadsheets, I was also processing data for every county in the state, tracking *every person* in the CO voter rolls for the past five years. The attached graph summarizes my alarming findings for every CO county.

Shown is the number of counties (vertical axis) which exhibit the particular value of interest (horizontal axis):

1) Bright Red: The percent of registrants who voted in the 2020 general election that have since been removed. For example, half of CO county voter rolls no longer contain one-in-six of the people who are recorded as having voted in the 2020 election.

2) Light Grey: The percent of registrants whose status has changed (active or inactive). Over the four-year time span of my analysis, the *status* of one-in-three registrants has changed.

3) Dark Grey: The percent of registrants in a county rolls that still remain in the rolls since the 2020 general election. The majority of CO counties have lost more than 25% of their 2020 registrants.

4) Dark Red: Four-year, cumulative churn. As a percent of the total registrants in November 2020, how many registrants have been added and deleted? Some counties have added and deleted more registrants in four years than the total number of registrants in their rolls.

Election officials are typically unaware of the majority of changes in their voter rolls, as the rolls are centrally-maintained and dramatically manipulated at the state level. When I show them their own numbers, clerks often deny this.

So... I show them their own rolls, name by name. The data are irrefutable.

Not only is the extent of the manipulation shocking, the fact that most clerks are unaware of it is perhaps even more alarming.

If you are not working to take back local control of your elections, then you are essentially handing over the country to our enemies.

Wake up. Engage.

Kyrie eleison.

"Election Aftermath"

I already received several requests today to examine the results of yesterday's election... now that the carnage is *behind* us.

As election seasons approach I often hear, "Dr Frank, we're behind on our Seven Steps election reform work because we are preparing for the next election, campaigning for our candidates."

I typically respond something like, "So... you are trying to fix broken elections with broken elections? (An illogical strategy, destined to fail.) Well... after you've lost the election, give me a call, and I'll help you to get back on track."

So, I suppose I asked for it... and the emails are rolling in.

Folks, there is only ONE solution to this problem: you must reclaim local control of your elections. As it stands, election outcomes are being determined by forces outside the control of your local officials.

We've been refining the Seven Steps strategy now for several years. We know what to do. The pain level just needs to get high enough that people will finally wake up and get off their hamster wheels.

“Election Aftermath, 2”

After a suspicious election outcome, the knee-jerk reaction is often to demand a recount.

Nope… recounting the same fraudulent ballots over and over again is a hamster wheel. Not to mention the time and resources it requires.

Instead, your *first* action—especially if you are a candidate—should be to demand a list of the “electors,” the list of people who supposedly “voted.”

Instead of auditing the counts… you should be auditing the “voters.”
