"Questions for a KY Clerk"
1. Who is responsible for the security and integrity of our elections?
2. How much voter fraud have you found in our elections?
3. KY has some of the dirtiest voter rolls in the country. Why?
4. It's been proven in court that many of the people in our voter rolls should not be in the rolls. Why haven't they been removed?
5. It's been shown in the US and in several other countries that running paper elections locally is far more secure and about ten times less expensive. Why don't we switch?

"2026 - The Year of the Audit"
The person sitting next to me on the plane is a CPA. He has an interesting mix of political views, but he said something I want to remember.
He called 2026, "The Year of the Audit."
He asked me if the entire country was as messed up as Minnesota is, and why I thought it was so. My answer:
"Too many years of affluence and laziness by our citizens. America is an experiment in self-government. We've been neglecting our civic duties, allowing others to teach our children, run the government, and run our elections. This mess is decades in the making."

“Digital Astronomy and Microscopy”
The sensitivity and resolution of cameras when combined with modern computing has reached the point where just about anyone can produce stunning images of our universe from their backyard. It is fun to watch!
But even though the resulting images are indeed remarkable, there is something that is lost; the magic of seeing something with your own eyes in real time.
When I was a boy, I had a compound microscope with a mirror to illuminate the slides that I had prepared myself. Watching those little buggers swimming around, and seeing the various cell structures found in nature *with my own eyes* was addicting, and forever changed my perception of life.
When I was in college, I had the key to the physics lab and the observatory. Looking at the moon and planets with my own eyes through the 8” refractive and 12” Newtonian telescopes was addicting, and forever changed how I view the universe.
If you have a curious child or grandchild and you want to give them a telescope or microscope, consider the gift an investment… make their first experiences exhilarating by avoiding the digital screen versions.
Looking at computer-generated images is fun and illuminating, but it is not the same thing as real-time images with your own eyes.
You can set a kid up with a large field of view compound microscope for under $300. Worth every penny. Similar for telescopes. And the lessons they learn by tinkering with their own hands are invaluable.

“Climate Change?”
No. The January global temperature continues to track the simple model I posted in December.

"Horseshoes and Hand Grenades"
How accurate is my empirical model for the global average Earth temperature?
83% of the time, the model is within 0.2°C of the satellite observations (see graph).
Some of the deviations are larger, reflecting individual significant events such as volcanic eruptions or solar events. But the error analysis supports the conclusion that the majority of deviations from the model simply reflect natural variability in the earth climate feedback system.
When you think about it, the climate feedback systems are quite remarkable to maintain such a consistent global temperature, even compensating for large perturbating events.
Humans could not survive on Earth without them.

“But we spent all that money!”
As I travel the country, I often hear county officials objecting to switching back to local control of their elections because they just bought new election systems and equipment.
Understandable… they don’t want to look dumb, and to expose their error.
But it’s nevertheless bad logic, and good money after bad.
For example, you buy a new car that keeps breaking down. But you insist on driving your new lemon on the family road trip because of the financial investment.
That’s not gonna be a fun vacation.
Dump the lemon. Demand your money back.

"Counterfeit Ballots"
Ballot recounts seldom expose election fraud, because you end up simply recounting the fraudulent ballots.

Audit the Voters
Dr Frank encourages citizens to audit their local elections using the voter history records. Merely performing recounts of ballots will not identify fraudulent ballots when ballot-stuffing is taking place.

"Dirty Voter Rolls"
Since voter rolls are now centrally-controlled by the state (in every state), local election officials typically don't realize how dirty their Rolls have become.
Typically, one in four voters listed in the voter rolls don't belong there.
For example, I was just in a county where the precinct map had recently changed, so the clerk sent out letters to everyone in the county with election updates and their new polling places.
She was quite dismayed when large trays of undeliverable letters began appearing each day at her office.
As I had predicted and shown online and in my public talks, her county rolls were a disaster... and she had no idea.
We need to return to local, citizen control of our elections if we hope to have any chance of restoring election integrity.
There is no "government solution" better than local citizen engagement.
Make it happen!
Get engaged!
It is your sovereign duty as a citizen of the United States.
