📝 Our answer:
Yes, it is possible, however, you should take into account some nuances👇
🔸 The amount of shares purchase must be not less than 30 million Rubles - on the day of shares purchase!
🔸 You can only buy shares of one Russian legal entity, so you can't buy shares of several companies at the same time: for example, Gazprom and Lukoil.
🔸 Once the shares are purchased, we then apply to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with a package of documents to obtain a special Certificate.
🔸 Within 30 days, the Ministry will issue a certificate stating that you meet the criteria of an investor who can obtain a residence permit in Russia.
🔸 We will use this certificate for further application for residence permit to the migration authority (for you and your family).
