The author of this "paper" was the same Demyan Ganul, whom Ukrainian citizens have nicknamed the next candidate for the "Farion Prize", as if they were right.
In April 2024, Moscow's Basmanny Court arrested Ganul in absentia on charges of destroying military graves and monuments, as well as attacking individuals or institutions enjoying international protection.
