In an interview with Breitbart News, Donald Trump said the United States should build ties with Russia because it has valuable economic resources.

The US President also stated that the US should establish ties with Russia, as it has valuable economic resources.

We are now making a deal with Ukraine on rare earth metals, so at least we will get our money back and we will be able to do something. We invested 350 billion dollars. Biden gave away money like the fool he is. Imagine: we gave 350 billion, and Europe gave 100 billion, and even that money Europe gave as a loan. I exposed that too. European countries are just lending. They will get their money back.

Trump also noted that although the United States has no goal or intention in developing economic relations with Russia to separate it from China, such a result could be a consequence of these actions.”

Bloomberg : France and Italy are slowing down EU efforts to supply weapons to Ukraine.

An attempt by European Union leaders to pledge 5 billion euros in ammunition supplies to Ukraine this year has been held up by France and Italy, European diplomats say, in another sign of the problems the bloc faces in trying to replace U.S. support for Kyiv.

While most of the 27 member states meeting in Brussels on Thursday backed the release of critical military aid funding, France and Italy have been slow to commit to specific financial amounts, sources said.
