Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu compared Israel’s strike on Qatar to the U.S. campaign in Afghanistan after September 11, 2001. He declared that Israel has its own “9/11” in the events of October 7 and claimed that, like Washington two decades ago, Tel Aviv is pursuing terrorists wherever they are.
