Из-за войны на Украине происходящее в западном полушарии мало кого волнует. Поскольку интерес к боевым действиям неумолимо падает, команда Рыбаря планомерно возвращается к изучению происходящих процессов в других точках земного шаря. Будем объяснять, почему это важно и интересно.

🔻На прошлой неделе в США состоялись промежуточные выборы в Конгресс и Сенат.

Результаты еще не объявлены, но количество скандалов — от поломок машин для голосования до протестов из-за возможных «каруселей» — впечатляет.

В ожидании финальных показателей, общественность стараются развлечь новым противостоянием за лидерство в Республиканской партии. В шоу «Десантис против Трампа» СМИ старательно пытаются стравить губернатора Флориды Рона Десантиса с бывшим президентом, и пророчат ему место кандидата в 2024 году.

Но сами выборы не устраивают ни республиканцев, ни демократов. Среди консервативной части американского общества преобладает разочарование в избирательной системе как таковой.

🔻К такому выводу мы пришли совместно с каналом @CIG_Telegram. Нам удалось опросить свыше тысячи американских избирателей.

▪️Две трети приняли участие в выборах. Подавляющее большинство голосов (60,6%) получили республиканцы, а вот демократам досталось всего 6,4% голосов. И это адекватные показатели, поскольку мы проводили замер право-консервативной аудитории.

▪️Но очевидный рост популярности Республиканцев тоже обоснован: всё дело в экономическом кризисе, в котором, как считают люди, повинны демократы.

▪️Отношение к выборам забавное: 2/3 респондентов никаких нарушений не заметили, но зато почти все опрошенные считают механизм непрозрачным, а выборы — сфальсифицированными.

📊🇺🇸 Midterm Election Poll - Part One

Because of the war in Ukraine, few people care about what is happening in the Western Hemisphere. Since the interest in combat operations is inexorably falling, Rybar's team is systematically returning to the study of ongoing processes in other parts of the globe. We will explain why this is important and interesting.

The U.S. midterm elections to the Congress and Senate were held last week.

The results have yet to be announced, but the number of scandals, from breakdowns of voting machines to protests over potential carousels, is impressive.

In anticipation of the final figures, the public is trying to entertain with a new confrontation for leadership in the Republican Party. In the show "DeSantis vs. Trump", the media are diligently trying to pit Florida Governor Ron DeSantis with the former president, and prophesy that he will become a candidate in 2024.

But the elections themselves do not suit either Republicans or Democrats. Among the conservative part of American society, disillusionment with the electoral system as such prevails.

🔻We came to this conclusion together with the @CIG_Telegram channel. We were able to interview over a thousand American voters.

▪️Two-thirds took part in the elections. The overwhelming majority of votes (60.6%) received the Republicans, but the Democrats got only 6.4% of the vote. And these are adequate indicators, since we measured the right-wing conservative audience.

▪️But the apparent rise in popularity of the Republicans is also justified: it's all about the economic crisis, which, as people believe, the Democrats are to blame.

▪️The attitude towards the elections is funny: 2/3 of the respondents did not notice any violations, but almost all respondents consider the mechanism to be non-transparent, and the elections to be rigged.

Отдельное внимание в нашем опросе мы решили уделить факторам внешней политики и Украины, которые активно использовались представителями обеих партий.

Чего стоит только обещание конгрессвумен Марджори Тейлор Грин не дать «ни пенни Украине» в случае победы Республиканцев. Заявление оказалось настолько удачным, что рейтинг партии подскочил на несколько пунктов, а в штабах начали печатать соответствующие листовки.

▪️Поэтому вполне ожидаемо для нас 4/5 респондентов согласились, что военная и финансовая помощь иностранным государствам менее важна, чем актуальный миграционный кризис на южных границах. Да и отношение властей Украины к США на фоне колоссальной помощи выглядит неуважительным или хамским по мнению опрошенных американских граждан.

▪️Несмотря на недовольство внешнеполитическим курсом Белого дома, две трети опрошенных полагают, что результаты выборов не окажут влияния на внешнюю политику США.

Правда, половина уверена, что правительство США продолжит поддерживать Украину, независимо от результатов.

In our survey, we decided to pay special attention to the factors of foreign policy and Ukraine, which were actively used by representatives of both parties.

What is worth only the promise of Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green not to give "not a penny to Ukraine" in the event of the victory of the Republicans. The statement turned out to be so successful that the party's rating jumped by several points, and the corresponding leaflets began to be printed at the headquarters.

▪️Therefore, quite expectedly for us, 4/5 of the respondents agreed that military and financial assistance to foreign states is less important than the current migration crisis on the southern borders. And the attitude of the Ukrainian authorities towards the United States against the backdrop of colossal assistance looks disrespectful or boorish in the opinion of the American citizens surveyed.

▪️Despite dissatisfaction with the White House's foreign policy, two-thirds of those polled believe that the election results will not have an impact on US foreign policy.

True, half are sure that the US government will continue to support Ukraine, regardless of the results.
