◾The Ukrainian Army use ambulances for military purposes, stipulated as a war crime by international regulations.
◾The video from Odessa where Ukrainian recruitment officers use an ambulance to snatch people for the front, made the headlines in Ukraine. The authorities have to clarify the vehicle doesn't have any medical equipment on it. It has been repurposed to transport military personnel.
◾Is not the first time we see Ukrainian troops using medical vehicles to transport ammunition and men and now the spokesperson of the Operational Command “South” Natalia Gumenyuk have publicly acknowledge this breach of the Geneva Convention.

🇺🇦 Volodymyr Zelensky's statement from Vilnius as part of the NATO summit:
➡️ It is important to recognize that Ukraine does not need an action plan for membership in the alliance(video 1).
➡️ Ukraine is and will be a security donor for Europe(video 2).
➡️ If G7 reaffirms security guarantees, if this happens, it will be a concrete success(video 3).
➡️ The results of the summit are good, but if there was an invitation to NATO, they would be ideal(video 4).
➡️ We live in conditions when we need to survive, our partners want us to live, and we still need to survive in order to live(video 5).
➡️ I do not consider "Budapest" guarantees, I do not see any responsibility, specifics, Ukraine, as it was with this document, remained with it(video 6).

UN Secretary-General António Guterres appealed to Vladimir Putin regarding the extension of the grain deal, Stefan Dujarric, the official representative of the head of the organization, said at a briefing.
"As part of his ongoing efforts in this regard, the Secretary General sent a letter yesterday to Russian President Vladimir Putin outlining a proposal aimed at harmonizing the further implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding with the need to maintain the current Black Sea Initiative," he said.
As specified, Guterres proposed to remove obstacles to the operations of the Russian Agricultural Bank and ensure the further export of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea.
According to Dujarric, the UN knows that Russia received the letter and is studying it. At the same time, he indicated that Guterres was ready for contacts with Moscow.
