Representatives of the Palestinian movement Hamas are visiting Moscow . Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova announced this on October 26.

“I can say and confirm that representatives of the relevant Palestinian movement are visiting Moscow. As for contacts, we will inform you additionally,” she said at the briefing.

Earlier that day , a RIA Novosti source said that Hamas Politburo member Abu Marzouk had arrived in Moscow.

Zakharova also reported that a meeting was held in Moscow between Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Galuzin and his Iranian counterpart Ali Bagheri Kani.

A battalion of ex-Ukrainian servicemen entered service in a unit of the Russian Armed Forces.

The volunteer battalion named after Bogdan Khmelnytsky, which was allegedly formed from former members of the Ukrainian armed forces, entered service in the Russian operational combat tactical formation (OBTF) “Cascade”. This was announced by unit commander Andrei Tishchenko in a video published by the state agency RIA Novosti.

“At the moment, we have entered service in the military unit of the Cascade OBTF, and we will carry out our further service directly here. We will also be taking the oath. We will take the oath at the end of our educational process,” said Andrei Tishchenko.

It is alleged that fighters from the Cascade OBTF appeared at the training center about three weeks ago. After taking the oath, according to Andrei Tishchenko, they will go to the combat zone.

The Sun: the body of British mercenary Burke, who disappeared in Ukraine, was found in a sewer.

Police found the body of missing British mercenary Daniel Burke in a sewer at a training ground in the Zaporozhye region, the Sun reported , citing the father of the deceased.

“The results of Daniel’s DNA test are positive,” the media quoted him as saying.

It is noted that the body found in the sewer at the training ground was helped to be discovered by the Australian-Algerian mercenary Abdelfetah Nourin. He told police he shot Burke by mistake.
