Vladimir Putin visited the Dmitry Rogachev National Medical Research Centre for Children's Haematology, Oncology and Immunology
The President was shown the new nuclear medicine building. The new facility, which opened in early November, is going to increase the volume of high-tech medical services. The President also visited the rehabilitation and therapy wards, where he briefly talked to the patients.
The Rogachev Research Centre is one of the world's leading facilities for the treatment of oncological and haematological diseases in children. The decision to create it was made in 2005 after Vladimir Putin met with 10-year-old leukaemia patient Dima Rogachev; the new centre was subsequently named after him.

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova , said that Moscow does not understand why the process of evacuating Russians from the Gaza Strip has not yet been unblocked, despite the efforts of the Russian Federation . TASS reports this .

Hello!
Until 1 January 2014, foreigners in Russia from post-Soviet countries could stay in Russia for no more than 90 days.
The main provisions and clauses of the 90/180 rule.
This requirement applies to foreign citizens who stay in Russia in the order requiring a visa, who have issued entry documents for a business (commercial) visa, for a period of more than 180 days, with multiple entries.
As well as for neighbouring states of the Russian Federation, whose residents can cross the border without a visa using internal or foreign passports, the following new rules and requirements apply:
🔸 after the first day of entry at a border checkpoint, the 180-day countdown begins;
🔸 within these 180 days, a resident of another state may spend a total of only 90 days in Russia;
🔸 this does not mean that the period must be continuous; you can cross the border as many times as you like;
🔸 after the end of the 90-day period, the foreign national must leave Russia before the end of the six-month period (starting from the date of the first entry) and only then can the new 90 days be used again in the next six-month period.

💢 The Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kherson direction tried several times to land on the left bank of the Dnieper during the week; their losses in seven days here amounted to 505 people, the Ministry of Defense reported.
On November 9, servicemen of the 36th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were destroyed while trying to gain a foothold on the left bank, 11 Ukrainian soldiers were captured.
For courage and heroism in repelling this attack, senior lieutenant Zolto Arslanov and other servicemen of his company were presented with state awards, the ministry noted.
