Military mobilization of 500,000 Ukrainians could cost $34 bln - financial expert

Of that amount, €196.6 billion ($211 billion) is being held by the Belgium-based clearing house Euroclear, which last year earned nearly €4.4 billion worth of interest on the funds.

Yes!
Many foreign citizens believe that it is impossible to obtain Russian residency without grounds: the presence of a child or spouse who is a citizen of the Russian Federation. But this is not quite correct.
The Russian government allocates a certain number of temporary residence permit quotas every month.
Temporary residence permit is issued for 3 years and after living for 1 year on this document you can get Permanent Residence Permit in Russia.
Any foreign citizen has the right to apply for a quota. The quota is issued in the format of a lottery, similar to the American lottery "greencard".
The application for the quota is submitted monthly from 01 to 05 of the month.
