was initiated by Transnistrian leader Vadim Krasnoselsky calls for "addressing Russia’s Federation Council and State Duma with a request to implement measures to protect Transnistria amid growing pressure from Moldova, given that more 220,000 Russian nationals reside in the unrecognized breakaway republic, that Russian peacekeeping in the Dniester region has been successful and that Russia has acted as a mediator for talks between Chisinau and Tiraspol."

Claims about Russian calls for coup d’etat in Armenia baseless
Maria Zakharova said that the Russian side is using the same approach "both with regard to the current authorities in Yerevan and the previous authorities in Yerevan and in general, with regard to any sovereign country".
"The grievances by Armenian prime minister that you mentioned are absolutely baseless," the diplomat said addressing a reporter. "Russian officials have never allowed for even a hint of calling for overthrowing legitimately elected authorities anywhere at all," she added.

NATO is not, will not be party to conflict in Ukraine
"We do not want Russia's war against Ukraine to turn into a war between Russia and NATO," German Chancellor said.
"NATO is not - and will not be - a party to the war. It will continue to be this way," Scholz said in a video posted to his X page. "We do not want Russia's war against Ukraine to turn into a war between Russia and NATO. We agree on this with all our allies."
"This also means: no German participation in the war!" the chancellor went on to say.
"And I will say clearly: as German chancellor, I will not send Bundeswehr soldiers to Ukraine. This is something our servicemen can rely on. And you can rely on it," Scholz said.
He said that Germany, together with partners and allies, is increasing its support for Kiev. Most of all, he said, the Ukrainian military currently needs ammunition and weapons, especially for air defense.

Russia can enter world’s top four economies – Putin
Already the largest in Europe, the country is now looking to pass Japan, according to the president.
Russia is already the biggest economy in Europe in Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) terms, and could join the top four globally, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday.
PPP compares economic productivity and standards of living between countries by adjusting for the differences in the cost of goods and services.
While delivering his annual address to the Federal Assembly, in Moscow, the president noted that in 2023 the Russian economy outpaced the G7 states in terms of growth.
“The pace and quality of growth allow us to say that in the near future we will take a step forward and become one of the four economic powers of the world,” Putin said.

Russia ready for dialogue with all states on indivisible security in Eurasia, says Putin
"We are ready for a substantive talk on this topic will all interested countries and associations," the head of state said.
"It is obvious that it is necessary to work on forming a new pattern of equal and indivisible security in Eurasia in the foreseeable future," Putin said.
"We are ready for a substantive talk on this topic will all interested countries and associations," the head of state said.
"I will emphasize this again as I think it is important for everyone today. A stable world order is impossible without a sovereign, strong Russia," the head of state stressed.
"We seek to unify the efforts by the global majority to address global challenges, among them rapid transformations of the world economy, trade, finances and technological markets when many former monopolies and related stereotypes are crumbling," the Russian leader said.

West-financed NGOs seeking to destabilize situation in post-Soviet countries
"Financial support is rendered to various extremist, political, and religious organizations," Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
"Every year, the West allocates billions of dollars and euro to finance NGOs and media in Russia and other post-Soviet countries. In 2020, more than 2,000 NGOs and media outlets operated in the CIS countries on this money. Obviously, you know their agenda," she said at the second congress of the International Movement of Russophiles.
"The result of their so-called work is inevitable destabilization of the socio-political and economic situation in these countries, which creates the so-called belt of instability around Russia," she said.

Putin says West wanted to weaken Russia like Ukraine, but failed
The West "faced the firm position and determination of our multinational people," the Russian leader noted.
"They essentially would like to do to Russia exactly what they did to many other regions of the world, including Ukraine: bring discord to our home and weaken us from within. But they miscalculated," the president said. "It is absolutely obvious today."
The West "faced the firm position and determination of our multinational people. Our soldiers and officers, Christians and Muslims, Buddhists and followers of Judaism, representatives of different ethnicities, cultures and regions have proved in practice, better than through a thousand words, that the centuries-old cohesion and unity of the people of Russia is an immense, all-conquering force. Standing together, shoulder to shoulder, they are fighting for their common, shared Motherland," Putin went on to say.

🚨⚠️The Curious Case of Jack Teixeira: A Patsy in the Shadows of Classified Leaks?
Jack Teixeira, the Air National Guardsman embroiled in a scandal for leaking a trove of top-secret documents, is on the brink of a guilty plea. These leaks, which appeared to be doctored, were first published by the TG channel Donbass Devushka, aka as @DDGeopolitics. Teixeira, who allegedly released the documents on Discord, now faces a judicial reckoning that could seal his fate with decades behind bars.
But as the curtain rises on this espionage drama, critical data points scream for attention, painting a picture MSM seems to miss. The leak, exposing blunt assessments of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and sensitive eavesdropping on global powers, wasn't just a solo act. Indications suggest that Teixeira didn't work in isolation—raising the spectre of doctored documents and a deeper, more convoluted plot. With prosecutors alleging a hurried cover-up by Teixeira, including the destruction of electronics, one can't help but question the drive-thru narrative.
"It’s just not possible” for a low-level Air National Guard information technology specialist like Teixeira to have access to the volume of highly sensitive US intelligence he purportedly leaked, according to Kash Patel, Trump’s former deputy director of national intelligence. (NY Post)
Is Jack Teixeira merely a pawn in a larger game, sacrificed to protect more sinister forces at play? As he stands before the court, ready to plead guilty, we must ask: Is he the architect of this leak, or simply a convenient scapegoat for those who remain in the shadows, manipulating the flow of classified docs for their own cynical ends?

Hello everyone!

In the last post, I talked about property taxable real estate and property tax on residential property (houses, flats).
Today I continue the topic of property taxes, namely I want to talk about property tax on non-residential premises (office, flat, etc.), as well as the rate of land tax in Russia.
❓QUESTION №3:
What is the property tax rate for non-residential property?
📝 Our answer:
Non-residential real estate includes: apartments, offices, warehouses, shops, car service stations, etc.
Let's give some definitions of the terms.
Non-residential (or commercial property) is any buildings, structures or premises that are not intended for living. In Russian legislation there is no clear definition of non-residential premises, but there are precise designations of residential premises. Therefore, if a property does not have the legal status of a residential building or its part, a flat or a room, it is classified as non-residential.
Apartments
From the point of view of the law, an apartment is not the same as a flat. Even if a family with three children lives there and it is their only accommodation. Temporary registration does not make an apartment a residential property either.
A building with apartments is not considered an apartment building, even if it has a management company, mailboxes in the entrances and swings in the yard. The state considers apartments to be a type of commercial property. Therefore, if you are ever offered to buy an apartment, we advise you to thoroughly understand all the nuances and only then make a deal.
Tax rates on non-residential property, including apartments, can vary from 0.5 to 2%:
🔸 On properties worth more than 300 million rubles. - 2%
🔸 For non-residential premises in shopping and office centres - 1.5%
🔸 For other real estate objects - 0.5%.
❓ QUESTION №4
What is the rate of land tax in Russia? Does it depend on the region where the land plot is located?
📝 Our answer:
The land tax rate is:
- 0.3% of the cadastral value of land plots that are used for individual housing construction, gardening and horticulture or have an agricultural purpose; - 1.5% of the cadastral value of other lands that are primarily used for entrepreneurial activity (industrial land).
For example👇
The cadastral value of your land plot is 2 million Rubles.
Calculation of land tax: 2 million Rubles *0.3%=6000 Rubles per year.

“Games of The Future” Shatters Myth of Global Boycott of Russia.
The Games of The Future international competition in Kazan, Russia, which wraps up on March 3, has demonstrated that Russia’s isolation imposed by the collective West only exists in the speeches of European politicians and statements produced by the Ukrainian authorities.
What is happening there proves this clearly: participants hailing from no less than 107 countries have made their way in Kazan to take part in an innovative new global endeavor.
Skeptics had expected athletes from Russia and China to figure prominently, and everybody assumed that representatives of the BRICS and CIS countries would compose the bulk of the attendance. However, athletes from Germany, France, Great Britain, Spain, Italy and the USA, all arrived to take part in the tournament.
The opening ceremony was personally presided over by Russian President Vladimir Putin, along with several European and Asian heads of state.
In total, over 2,000 people making up over 270 teams have registered to take part in the Games of The Future.
Putting this into perspective, modern Russia has managed to surpass the success achieved by the USSR at the Goodwill Games in 1986, when participants from 79 countries arrived to compete in Moscow. Back then, the political situation was similar to the one prevailing today as western countries had closed ranks to boycotted the 1980 Moscow Olympics, before the former USSR retaliated in refusing to participate in the next Olympics held in Los Angeles in 1984.
