Now that it’s January 2, 2026, I just want to share a few thoughts and say thank you.

I started FossFinds on December 6, 2025 because I wanted a proper place for real posts and discussions about open source. I didn’t want random tech noise or just random content that didn’t matter. I wanted something honest that helps people.

In just a few weeks, this channel has grown in a way I didn’t fully expect. Here’s how the journey went so far:

• About 1,251 new subscribers came here
• Nearly 120,000 views on our posts
• 800 reactions and 373 comments
• 1,734 private shares
• 76 posts shared
• Top reaction was heart ❤️
• And 6 Telegram stars

These numbers aren’t fancy awards. They show that what we are sharing is useful and that people care. And that means a lot.

Thank you to everyone who joined this community. Thank you for reading, for reacting, for sharing, and for being here. This channel is what it is because of you.

As we move into 2026, I want to share a simple thought from Sanskrit Shlok (wisdom):

सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः
सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु
मा कश्चित् दुःख भाग्भवेत्

Meaning: May all be happy,
may all be free from illness,
may all see goodness,
and may no one suffer.

This wish feels right as we begin a new year, not just for ourselves, but for everyone around us.

Let’s keep going in 2026. Let’s keep learning, keep exploring open source, and keep helping each other find better tools and ideas.
