What are dueling electors?
States with close contests between Republican President Donald Trump and his Democratic rival Joe Biden produce competing slates of electors, one set is certified by the governor and the other by the legislature.

Both sets of electors have met to vote today, Dec. 14. The competing results will be sent to Congress.

Here's what happens with dueling electors (which has happened once before in 1876 between Hyde and Tillman)

The President of the Senate (VP Mike Pence) will decide which electors to count...OR he can throw out both sets of a contested state's electors. If Biden gets less than 270, the 12th amendment is invoked and a contingent election is held with the House voting for President and the Senate for VP.

Each state is then reduced to 1 vote. The Supreme Court may be called upon to interpret the Electoral College Act to break any deadlock.

I’m running down the order number but I have three independent sources that say military judicial process under 14th Amendment section 2 are in motion because we have had acts of war and internal acts of treason.

Look these up. It’s a short time away, and it’s coming in hard.

The issue apparently was that these crimes had to be actually committed. Sedition or free speech is a hard path to prove. The Judicial and Legislative branches in many states is dustbinned... so this leaves Constitutional powers which were reserved for just such a time.

The wheels are turning. The analysis I have done on the vaccine speech and corroborated the ‘strange cadence’ along with the exact words used indicate a specific military encryption pattern which is reserved for just such a time. Think of the Clancy ‘Division’ concept and you’ll understand that some of us veterans can never unlearn that which we’ve learned... making us first against the wall in a totalitarian situation.

The execute was given days ago, which correlates to the timeline I got about a final line in the sand drawn individually with every congress critter. You can see where these leaders have chosen sides with Mitch /Elaine Chao and Nancy Pelosi.

The further impact that the endgame has is that the Constitution provides for a method of limiting the voice in decision making going further. Instead of Puerto Rico or American Samoa gaining statehood, what if California, Colorado, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania and Michigan all lost seats in the House and Senate?!?

We are not Parliamentary. We are not legislative only who then choose a Prime Minister. We are a Republic who has a direct voice, through our primary process (now corrupted beyond all recognition) of who we choose as a candidate for the Presidency.

FLASH: Pentagon halts Biden transition briefings

Acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller ordered a Pentagon-wide halt to cooperation with the transition of President-elect Biden, shocking officials across the Defense Department, senior administration officials tell Axios.

Behind the scenes: A top Biden official was unaware of the directive. Administration officials left open the possibility cooperation would resume after a holiday pause. The officials were unsure what prompted Miller's action, or whether President Trump approved.

Why it matters: Miller's move, which stunned officials throughout the Pentagon, was the biggest eruption yet of animus and mistrust toward the Biden team from the top level of the Trump administration.

It’s also interesting that the veteran community has retired or former SOF guys who are positioned in and around SLC. Black Rifle Coffee Company is headquartered there and Fieldcraft Survival has a founding member (Mike Glover) who lives there. My sources say politically ambitious SEALs are currently considering public office in Utah.

Ryan Zinke, former SEAL officer and former Trump appointee to Department of Interior relocated the Bureau of Land Management (the other BLM) to Grand Junction Colorado— the closest metropolitan area to Utah in Colorado. He also oversaw rolling back the Bears Ears Monument done by Obama against the desires of Utah’s population.

The Sportsman Warehouse chain of 80+ retail stores has a single distribution hub in — you guessed it — SLC. All those AR-15 components and ammunition and outfitters equipment mean something significant.

Overstock dot com is in the SLC region as well. Lots of materials and food kept on hand there for mitigation of a financial crisis or food crisis.

Plenty of natural resources and agricultural products come from Utah.

All very interesting as the time passes... one might consider the hedge fund of the LDS could swiftly be deployed in a financial crisis to either stabilize their footprint 👣 or purchase BLM land from a failing federal government.
